Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Visby

We had a lovely time during our stay! The house was cosy, clean, and we especially enjoyed the peaceful surroundings and beautiful sunsets.

We who rented Jan's house is a family of 4 people and two dogs. The house was spacious and beautiful with all the comforts. The feeling of luxury and comfort in a quiet lush area gave the holiday an extra kick. It was close to the nearest swimming area (2 minutes by car) with a nice swimming jetty and small sandy beach. There was also a pizzeria with very good pizzas and other things to eat. We can highly recommend this accommodation and if we go to Gotland again, it is definitely where we want to stay. Jan is also a friendly helpful host who responds directly if any questions come up. To be added that the dogs were overjoyed by the freedom that the large fenced plot gave them.

We were two families visiting Gotland and this lovely house. Clean, spacious, and satisfied everyone's needs. The hosts were very responsive and it was nothing they didn't think about. Everything was included as described. Much appreciated! There was a lot of hanging out in the lovely garden with BBQ dinners, croquet etc. Just next to was a football field to the children's delight. Close to swimming and other attractions. Highly recommended!

Absolutely lovely house and area! So beautifully decorated and pleasant to just be 🌞 Malin was always nice and accommodating! We are super happy and would be very happy to come back!

Mia's place is perfect for a family or a larger group who is looking for a place to stay from a couple of days or longer. It is beautifully located by the west coast of Gotland with a ~10 minute drive into Visby. Lots of bedrooms, living spaces and a large kitchen that has everything. We were there to attend a wedding and it was the perfect place to stay. Mia was an excellent host with clear and timely communication. Pets are allowed, so if you are allergic, you should expect that pets have been there and not be surprised by that. I highly recommend staying at Mia's.

We really enjoyed our stay at Liora’s place. Kitchen was easy to use and very well equipped. Many nice spots both inside and outside.

Matilda's place was amazing, close to the beach with all the amenities you need. it was perfect. However despite leaving the cabin in good condition (clean kitchen etc) Matilda followed up some days later saying the cabin wasn't clean enough for the next guests. We did not realise we were the cleaning service for the next customers and no cleaning was being done in-between stays.

Great place to stay that matched the description and pictures. Tidy and fresh. A balcony overlooking the water. Perfect to sit there and drink the morning coffee. Also the access to the garden is a big plus, lush and nice with different seating areas. Close to restaurants and the inner city. Nice welcome when we arrived. We had four great days at Glädjens house and are happy to return.

This is a beautiful, colorful, special place to stay with several nice touches, like fresh flowers on the table, pink geraniums in pots on the window sills, and a gorgeous white grand piano! The location is perfect for exploring. Be aware that you need to request sheets and towels, at an additional cost. This is listed in the description, but I hadn’t noticed that, so, having never had to pay extra for linens, this was a surprise. All in all, we had a wonderful stay!

Incredibly proactive and good at responding, even well before our stay. The home was magical and brightened our time on the island. Tips are to rent bikes or walk along more boardwalk instead of driving a car to Visby inner city. Five pluses!

We spent 4 days in Visby and enjoyed Martin's apartment very much. Nice and modern. Easy to communicate with the host. Can highly recommend this home.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The apartment was super cozy and felt incredibly private, providing a perfect retreat. There was ample space for four people to comfortably relax. Bengt and his wife were incredibly accommodating and made us feel very welcome. The location was fantastic, right beside the wall and within easy walking distance to the inner city. We highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a charming and convenient base to explore from!

Nice and good accommodation well in line with how it was presented by the host (Linda). In addition to what was included when we booked, a newly built, large and fresh deck was built next to the house with associated food group. That was a positive surprise. Relatively secluded plot from a couple of nice neighbors. Excellent dialogue and quick response by the host in case of any questions. Nice plot for the kids to kick the ball on. The road about 100 meters away is not noticeable from the house. Outdoor shower (there is hot water of course), not drinkable water in the house (to be picked up by car a couple of minutes away in two ten-litre cans), a little lower in ceilings than normal, and the incineration toilet (incredibly convenient albeit a little unusual) are elements that create more a summer cottage feeling than when someone rents out their permanent home. Completely in line with how it is still presented, but worth noting depending on what one is searching in their home. Ljugarn is about 4 min away by car.

Very nice area close to our planning. Had most of what was needed, may be missing a microwave. Otherwise easy to find and very cozy. Would love to come again for a longer time in the future. If you can imagine biking, you can reach most things, otherwise a car can be helpful.

We had a wonderful stay and enjoyed every minute. The accommodation with the 2 separate houses corresponded exactly to our needs. Very quiet environment, but many great sights and a wide variety of landscapes were quickly accessible by car. That was definitely not our last stay on the island.

A typical home on the island. We loved it all. The accommodation is tastefully decorated. Felix is easily reachable and very helpful. We enjoyed the little touches like water and eggs left in the fridge. I really recommend this place.

We stayed for a week and really enjoyed the calm and peaceful environment of this newly build place. Perfectly placed to be on your own, yet close to everything by car/bike.

A modern and orderly home that matched well with pictures and description.

Maria was super friendly and welcoming. She showed us around her farm and introduced us to her animals, horses, sheep, chickens and dog. We were able to shower at her property upon request which was nice. I’d highly recommend a stay here for anyone looking for the more simplistic and basic experience. The nature is wonderful and directly next to the sea / beach.
