There is an efficient wood stove, 2 winter sleeping bags (Catharina Defence 6) with associated sheet bags, as well as regular duvets and pillows, blankets/blankets, etc. Fireplace that can be used whenever the weather permits. The cottage is 500 meters from the farm (access by car) where you can use your private bathroom, toilet. incl. firewood/charcoal.

The Wadden Sea, the North Sea and the Tønder marsh are right outside the door, and definitely worth a visit.

The house is from 1755, renovated and located right by the Wadden Sea National Park. The house is located 3 km outside Højer in very quiet surroundings. Only 3 km from the Wadden Sea. The heat comes quickly because the ceiling height is low. Heating air to air pump and cozy wood-burning stove. The island of Rømø is 30 minutes by car, there is free access to the kilometer-long, white sandy beaches. Enjoy a stylish experience in this centrally located home. Uldgade is Tønder's most beautiful and famous street. The house is centrally located a few meters from Tønder's cozy pedestrian street with cafes and shops. There are a few meters to the park and the nature area at Vidåen. The marsh with all its experiences is right outside the door, and if you are into the Black Sun, there is plenty of opportunity to experience this amazing phenomenon. Here you can relax and start excursions to the surrounding area. The house is situated in an idyllic location on the marsh hiking trail. The apartment is located in a half of the house that is separately accessible for guests. It offers a lounge area, a reading corner, a kitchen, 3 double rooms and 3 bathrooms. The hosts live in the other half of the house. In the guest garden you can relax or let off steam on the trampoline. An additional room in the passage area has been added.

The Nolde Museum is in the immediate vicinity and Denmark is only 3 km away.

Thatched Cottage by the Lake

Welcome to our terp in Waygaard near the lake Botschlott. The accommodation is a traditional thatched farmhouse flat with a view overlooking the lake, the surrounding meadows and the North Frisian marshes. It is ideal for nature lovers: you can canoe, cycle and watch the flocks of birds that use the partly protected lake as a migration and nesting site. The house was carefully restored with natural materials in 2025/2026
