Monthly Rentals in Vir-Mar Beach

We had a wonderful stay at Presley Creek! The house was clean and comfortable. The porch and with the ceiling fans was delightful! The kitchen had everything you’d need for preparing meals. The location was so peaceful. The property was huge and felt so private & secluded with woods and the water. We enjoyed the wildlife; geese, eagles, herons, otters. We brought our dogs, and they loved running and swimming! We brought all our food with us since we knew stores were not close. Also, if you want a beach, we found a little beach not too far called Vir-Mar, which has a very small public beach. Hughlett Point which is a bit farther is larger but very limited parking. If you are looking for a laid back vibe, I highly recommend this property!

The view at this place is incredible! There was no good access to the water to swim, so for swimming or kayaking we had to climb down and back up across big rocks which was doable for our teenagers, but is something to be aware of for less mobile folks who want to get into the water. But the rest of it was perfect. Nice and private, and very peaceful, and the sunsets...!! Our family enjoyed our time here immensely while we were in the area to work for a week. CK even let us check in a night earlier, at the last minute, for a very reasonable price. The house was a little dusty but very big and adequate for our needs, and the big windows to the water mean you never have to miss a moment of that view even while cooking. Definitely recommend this place.

We had a wonderful getaway with my cousins and this home was the perfect place for it! From the moment we arrived, it was clear how well-maintained and cared for the home is—it really made us want to treat it with the same respect. The kitchen was fully stocked, which made cooking meals together so easy. There was plenty of seating in every room, so no one ever felt cramped, and we especially appreciated the ample seating out on the beautiful patio. The deck and pier were amazing spots to relax and the space overall was more than enough for our whole group to spread out comfortably. Each bathroom was thoughtfully stocked with plenty of towels and hand soap at every sink. We were also so happy to be able to bring our dogs along—they loved it just as much as we did! The only thing we wished for was more lighting at night out on the deck and pier to extend our evenings a bit longer. Overall, this was a peaceful, memorable stay and we’d love to return! Highly recommend.

Adam’s home was very beautiful and cozy! My wife and I loved the walk down to the river to watch the gorgeous sunsets! It had everything we needed for our stay. Adam was very proactive and responded quickly whenever we reached out. The house was very peaceful and private.
