We had a wonderful time in the house and Cvijeta and Ivan were always there for our needs!

The studio was tidy and nice, matching the description and with the necessary tools. It's good for 2 people. The light and sound isolation was maybe not perfect, but Goran quickly provided us with a solution. The communication was always good and easy ! The neighbourhood is nice for calm holidays and it's good if you have a car to explore further away.

Communication with Dina was very good and pleasant from start to finish. Quick response. The reception was very friendly and we immediately felt comfortable. I can only recommend Dina, her husband and the beautiful house. I would book the house again for a holiday immediately.

Waw! We found our own private paradise in Croatia. What a lovely stay we had at Milan’s air bnb. The inside provides everything you need and is very clean. The thing is.. you just want to sit outside all the time because that area is absolutely amazing. The swimming pool is perfect and super clean, on top of that there’s the whole sitting area that makes cosy afternoons/evenings so easy. You can cook outside while still being close to your friends and family. Our host, Milan, was super kind and helpful. We had an amazing time and would definitely recommend this place.. or even book it again for ourselves!

Wonderful experience. The house is well-stocked, super clean. Sime was always very helpful, she responded right away. Ideal place to relax, without the stress of the city. Had a great and relaxing holiday at Seahouse Veronika. The privacy and direct sea access made for easy snorkelling and paddleboarding. Stipe and Tomislav (and Stefan - Tomislav's brother) were really helpful.

Luka was one of the most welcoming hosts we have ever had, he responded to queries very quickly and went above and beyond to ensure our stay went smoothly. The property is in the most beautiful location and offered a really peaceful break. Previous reviews have mentioned the building work, this was barely noticeable during the day and certainly didn’t impact on the enjoyment of the villa.

Without a doubt, one of our best experiences staying at an Airbnb. The apartment is incredibly beautiful — it has everything you could need and more! The kitchen is super well-equipped, the sofa and the bed are both extremely comfortable, and the location is perfect, just 1–2 minutes from the nearest beach. Everything was amazing, but Marina’s warmth made it even better! She was always kind and helpful whenever we had questions about Preko or the apartment. We 100% recommend this place if you want your stay in Preko to be truly unforgettable!

The apartment was very lovely, especially the view from the balcony. We felt very comfortable and weren’t missing anything. The location is great and very close to shops and restaurants. Bozena is super nice and communication with her went very well.

The stay was very pleasant. Peter always responded to messages right away and was very kind. It is practically furnished, with a great terrace, with sea views. The location is great, 2 min walk to the beach. The only point deduction is parking. 3 parking spaces next to the house are great, the other two awkward to come in and you park one behind the other. The guests in the apartment next door were nice and we were always able to agree because of the parking situation.

Very nice apartment in great location, close to the beaches. Kitchen is fully equipped, the beds are really comfortable. The only disadvantage is slow WiFi, but the internet connection seems to be slow on the whole island. At overall highly recommend!

Vesna is a very pleasant and warm person who is a perfect hostess. Already in advance and during the stay, she answered all questions and gave helpful tips for the area. The apartment is as in the photos, very bright and clean. The sea can be seen from all sides, breakfast on the balcony has been a dream! There was already fruit and drinks in the fridge upon arrival. The apartment is well and fully equipped and has a modern bathroom. Restaurants and the beach (kite beach) are 5 and 15 minutes' walk away. The apartment is good and quiet and even has a terrace and garden. It is quiet, but a little noisy to the apartment above. I highly recommend Vesna and the Airbnb and will gladly come back again. :)

We had a wonderful stay and hope to come back one day. The garden is beautiful, the ocean right in front of the house and a little turtle you can feed some salat. David and Izidora gave us some watermelon and tips about the area. It was lovely!

Best of Our experience on airbnb. To say that Tomislav is a good host is like saying nothing! Tomislav is always there to help, to meet all expectations of guests, and even exceeds them. We arrived to the apartment very late with a small child, Tomislav himself offered us a ride from the airport and even to our surprise, he "filled" the refrigerator in the apartment. He was always close when we needed it, helped my husband rent a car, he offered rakija, homemade oil, gave tips, extended the checkout time, and above all, devoted his private time to make our stay even better. The apartment itself is located in a quiet area overlooking the sea. Everything is new, well-maintained, and spotlessly clean. An additional advantage is the great terrace with a breakfast table, rest and even sun loungers. It is worth adding that on the ground floor of the building you can use the washing machine for free, which is a really big amenity for families with children. We will definitely be back

We were looking for the perfect getaway to relax, recharge, and truly unwind—and this place delivered in every way. The accommodation is modern, impeccably clean, and exactly as described, with all amenities thoughtfully provided. The beach view from the living room and primary bedroom is breathtaking—waking up to the sound of waves was a highlight. We also loved the spotless heated pool. The beach just steps away is stunning, with calm, clear waters—perfect for families with young kids. The area is peaceful, private, and serene. Despite the tranquility, it’s only a 25-minute drive to Zadar, and Uber/Bolt rides are available. Ingrid was always responsive and Kristina welcomed us warmly and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. She was also always responsive, gave great local tips, and made our stay seamless. We left feeling refreshed and already dreaming about our return. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a relaxing and memorable escape.

The apartment is great. It has a great view and it's fully furnished. The building is old and the elevator is small but when you go inside the apartment everything is perfect.

Beautiful, modern, exclusive, spacious apartment, perfectly located on the water next to the promenade. Very well-equipped, smart tv in each bedroom, clean towels, good linens, nice tableware, available chemistry, washing machine, sun loungers all made the stay more enjoyable. Great communication and lovely Mr. Josip, who brought his private hdmi cable on Christmas day, I appreciate and thank you. Close to grocery store, peace and quiet. Recommended

Quiet and peaceful location with almost private lagoon. Place is modern, equipped with everything you will ever need for your vacation. Overall, a very pleasant experience… can’t really complain about anything.

The accommodation was very well maintained and in a pleasantly quiet location. The pool and jacuzzi were always very clean and there were plenty of free loungers. In the apartment, everything was as described and everything was well maintained. Radovan was a very likeable host with good English skills, the exchange was always possible without problems. Our absolutely favorite stay during a 2 week vacation in Croatia. We truly regret not staying longer. Neven’s location is breathtaking and worth booking. It’s exactly as advertised in a quiet and peaceful town on Dugi Otok. The village itself is quiet but has the essentials - including a market and several restaurants. The place was clean, well equipped, and easy to find. I would highly suggest visiting Dugi Otok, and staying here in Zman!!
