Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Vir

Ana and her husband were very nice from the beginning. The house was beautiful, especially the hot tub. The location is great, you walk 5 min to the supermarket and 10 min to the beach and also have a great bus connection to Zadar. Overall, it was a really great trip!

Cannot recommend this place highly enough, we stayed for a week at the end of May and had a fantastic holiday. The weather was lovely and it was fantastic to have the pool which was cool this time of year, and having the sauna and hot tub to warm up in again was fantastic. The pool is shared, for our stay the apartment adjacent wasn't occupied so we had it to ourselves, there are plenty of loungers and space so sharing would be easy. Our kids (aged 4 and 7) had such a great time between the pool, trampoline, toys and playground it was lovely to spend relaxing days at the house. There is a local bakery van visits daily with fresh tasty bread. The area is lovely to explore, would recommend having a car - we visited plitvice national park (highly recommended- stunning!), Zadar old town for sunsets and pakostane beach. Antonia is such a thoughtful host, we were greeted at the property and she had provided a platter of local cheese, fruit and cured meats with local wine which was great.

Exceeded expectations and truly was the perfect escape in paradise. Ample activities on property to keep the family occupied and happy. Will absolutely be returning year after year!

One of the best place we have ever stayed

we enjoyed our stay. The house is clean, large, equipped with all the comforts. Antonio was a nice host and very helpful. During our stay, June 2025, unfortunately, there was construction at 2 houses next to us, so we experienced some inconvenience. This will probably be completed soon.

Goran and his wife Nikolina were truly exceptional hosts. From the moment we arrived, they made us feel completely at home. Their warmth, hospitality, and attention to detail made our stay incredibly comfortable and memorable. It’s rare to meet people who go above and beyond with such genuine care — they didn’t just host us, they welcomed us like family. Thank you both for creating such a wonderful experience — we’ll carry the memories with us for a long time! The property is top notch with private garden and jacuzzi! Worth each penny!

The house is perfect for larger groups seeking a quiet and comfortable place to spend their holidays. We had great hopes for the accommodation in advance but despite that, it was even more pleasantly surprised by the location and all the amenities that were in place. Bibinje is a very cozy village just outside Zadar, with good restaurant selection, bakery and grocery store. For those who want to swim in the sea, it is only a shorter walk. Kruno as a host gets the highest rating, constantly helpful and very nice. He helped us with everything from transportation to and from the airport, tips on restaurants, and excursions to take. The bottom line is this a great place to stay with a great host, here we would love to come again! // Ingrid & Family

We had a great stay in Croatia! The apartment was clean, cozy, and just as described. The host was very friendly and helpful with local tips. Quiet area, close to the beach and restaurants. Would definitely recommend and come back!

Everything is great! The hostess is very friendly and accommodating. The only thing that bothered us was having to leave the car in the car park and walk to the house, which was a bit tedious with a lot of luggage!

Beautiful property, with perfect services. Very clean and tidy residence. The hospitality is exceptional, the hostess very professional, nice and kind; always attentive to us, very efficient and good advice. Everything looked new. Excellent location with just a 10/15 minute walk into the old town. Just 2 minutes from the sea front. Small supermarket just 1 minute away, and a very large supermarket just 10 minutes. The accommodation was better than expected, and even had a hot tub that we were not expecting. I would recommend to anybody. Very spacious. Shaded outdoor patio, and heated pool.

We've never been to this place before and fell in love with it straight away! Beautiful little place, very familiar and harmonious! The hosts were super accommodating, always easy to reach and very helpful! We are already looking forward to our next stay!🥰

My family of seven stayed here for two nights and had a great time. The apartment is lovely, very well-maintained, and just as described. It is not really walking distance to the old city, but there is a nice private parking space and the drive to town is short and parking near the town is affordable. Communication from the owner was proactive and instructions were clear. Our stay here was great, thank you!

We spent a week with our circle of friends, consisting of 10 people, in the Villa Amfora. The place is even nicer than in the photos. We had good kitchen equipment. Even in bad weather, we were never bored, thanks to the sauna and the whirlpool. Everything was very nicely decorated, extremely clean and very well equipped. Even a jukebox with karaoke microphone was available, and provided for fun evenings. The outdoor area is particularly beautiful in the evening with the lighting. Communication with the landlady was flawless. If we could, we'd ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ give more than 5 stars.

Accommodation: This house is a real gem!!! Adrijan welcomed us warmly and guided us to the house. The path is a bit adventurous but manageable with any normal car. Once at the house, you will be rewarded by an incredibly great view. The house offers everything you need and invites you to linger. The hot tub is also a great alternative if you don't want to be by the sea all day long. We didn't mind that it was not heatable.. it was still well over 30 degrees at the end of August/ beginning of September and you are happy about the slight cooling. To the island: Pašman is amazing. A small loving, sleepy island with little tourism and many nice places and variety! Thank goodness there is now a Plodine supermarket on Pašman, so the stress of shopping is also gone! In summary, we highly recommend this accommodation and also the island. We loved it, will be back!
