The overnight stay in the cozy shed at the bottom of a villa garden. Once you have found your private parking space, you walk along a small private path Summer evenings can be enjoyed at the campfire area. During your stay, you have your own toilet/bathroom, which is located in the main house, with private and undisturbed entrance to the bathroom. The home is located a few hundred meters from the water. It's about 2 km to the city center. Please note there are no actual kitchen facilities for the stay, but there is a mini fridge and some plates/cutlery

Outdoors, the house offers a large terrace with private wilderness bath, sauna, and outdoor shower. Indoors, there is a cinema, billiards, and table tennis - perfect for both relaxation and fun. The house has 4 bedrooms with room for 8, as well as a lovely annex with room for 4. The house is located in a scenic area with only 2 minutes walk to the beach and bathing jetty. We can't wait to welcome you in.

Nice separate bright apartment of 70 sqm consisting of three rooms: Kitchen-living room, bathroom and bedroom. Outdoor area in front of the apartment with coffee table and chairs. It is less than one kilometer to shopping and located in scenic surroundings. A crib can be loaned and pets are allowed for a fee. If you have older children (up to two), there is the possibility of an air mattress. Surrounding attractions: Løvenborg Estate, Holbæk City, Ice Age Route, Skjoldungerne Land and more.

This delightful place offers a history setting all on its own. Enjoy the sunrise with breath taking panoramic views overlooking part of “Skjoldungernes Land" National Park, (Land of the legends) Come close to nature just 30 min from Copenhagen, in the middle of the Viking saga. Peaceful retreat with access to private toilet and outdoor shower, bbq, fireplace, heated pool. Great opportunities for outdoor activities such as hiking, cycling or paddle-boarding in nearby lakes and fjords.

Log cabin overlooking meadow (45 min to Copenhagen)

Welcome to this idyllic log cabin, with stunning views. Inside, you can enjoy the warmth from the wood stove. The bathroom has been newly renovated and has a large bathtub. Outside, you can enjoy the beautiful view or sit by the fireplace and enjoy nature. There are many good hiking trails in the area. The cottage has 3 kayaks you can borrow if you want to enjoy the fjord from the water. The fjord "Tempelkrogen" is known for its good fishing waters. The cottage is 45 minutes from Copenhagen.

Directly to the Fjord

Our summerhouse is situated on a small island, Oroe, in Isefjord. It sits on a bluff, almost at the end of a gravel road, with direct access to the fjord from the house. We provide Danish traditional summer house-hygge in natural surroundings with a twist of modern facilities. The house is our private home, open for guests only 10-12 times a year ( the original idea behind AirBnB) In general, we attempt to be as sustainable as possible i.e we always try to repair rather than to replace.

Idyllic former farmhouse in Danish countryside

The house is a traditonal Danish countryside house, 20 km from Roskilde. Here you can enjoy the Danish “hygge”, with peace and nature that you’ll find nowhere else. Relax on the terrasse in the garden, walk in the woods or to Gershøj beach. Go biking on the “fjordsti” which follows Roskilde and Ise fjord, just 1.5 km from the house. Bikes can be borrowed here for free. In winter, you can make a fire. Breakfast and dinner can be arranged upon request and against fees.

Fjordgarden - Guesthouse

Our guest house is situated only 100m from Holbæk Fjord by a little lake surrounded by trees. When you live in the house you are close to nature, with easy access to the Fjord. The fjord is often used for water sports. Bicycle- and walking routes makes it easy to take tours, and with a short distance to the center of Holbæk (5 km) you can easily experience the town. Because of the lake, just in front of the guesthouse, it is not suitable for smaller children.

Enjoy the lovely surroundings in one of our 2 cozy Tiny Houses. Get in gear and enjoy our animals in the beautiful nature, with fields as far as the eye can see and maybe a trip in the kayak or hot tub. Cook in the kitchen, on the grill or over a fire. We have sheep, lots of chickens and naughty cats and little lambs from March. The apartment is an independent unit, with its own entrance, at one end of a villa. There is a spacious bathroom and a kitchen, the apartment is suitable for one or a couple. There is free parking and several shopping opportunities nearby. There are several bus stops within 500 meters. It is about 3 km to Holbæk city center, and about 65 km to Copenhagen. There's pretty much highway all the way.
