Monthly Rentals in Viola

Very nice place with 4 bedrooms and 3 baths. Nice decorations and was very clean. Worked out great for our family of 6 to stay together instead of in separate hotel rooms. Located in west Wichita close to our planned activities. Had everything we needed for cooking meals and snacks. Would definitely rent it again on our next trip to Wichita.

The perfect Wichita stay! The house had everything we could want, and we highly recommend this rental to anyone looking in the Wichita area. The house is new, and everything was clean, comfortable, and thoughtful. The neighborhood is a safe community of townhomes, and this property sits at the end of a cul-de-sac. The other half of the house is a long-term rental and was unoccupied while we were there, so it was very quiet. The couches and beds were comfortable. The entry and keypad were easy to use. The TV had loads of choices, and the Wi-Fi was good. We can’t say enough about this place. We hated to have to leave. ☺️

The house was exactly as presented. Very clean and comfortable. Communications were timely and helpful and I appreciated the flexibility to change my dates of stay by one day. I highly recommend if you have business or family in Maize or North Wichita.

My booking was last minute. I worried I would forget something important like shampoo or my toothbrush. Kim had everything and more to make my stay comfortable and so easy. I was pleased to see the pantry and the linen closet fully stocked with essentials. This was so reassuring for me in case I did forget anything. The bed was comfortable and my stay was incredibly peaceful in a beautiful, we'll maintained neighborhood that was literally right off of the highway. Kim is the hostess with the mostest. 😊 I would stay with Kim again.
