Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Vintijan

Our first holiday in Croatia took us to Medulin. We stayed 3 nights with Ivo and Sonja. The location is wonderful in the 2nd row with a view of the bay and the anchored sailboats. The constantly growing district is a 5-minute walk from the port and centre. You don't need a vehicle for dinner. We rented a scooter and explored the surroundings, beaches and villages. Pula can be reached in 10 minutes. What was special for us was that we slept really well every night. The apartment is modern and generously laid out. Wonderful for two with a large balcony.

We had a wonderful time. Everything is tip-top and as described in the ad. We will be happy to come back. :)

First of all, we would like to thank Lana and her family for the great stay! It was simply unforgettable in this beautiful apartment! The accommodation is modern and tastefully furnished and offers everything you need. The spacious pool was a real highlight (always clean and well maintained) and the surrounding terrace with comfortable loungers was perfect for sunbathing and relaxing. The view of the countryside was also wonderful! The house is located in a quiet and picturesque environment that offers both relaxation and entertainment & many attractions. Various great beaches and coves are just a few minutes away and easy to reach. The hosts made our stay something very special. From the warm welcome to the small attentions in between, we felt completely comfortable and cared for. We can only recommend the accommodation and will gladly come back!

A highly recommended accommodation in Pula with a great host!

We would highly recommend staying at Matteo's place. It's a beautiful house that was so we'll equipped. The kitchen had all the utensils you could need and we cooked for 5 on a couple of nights with ease. Everything was spotlessly clean and there were some really nice touches, like slippers in the rooms and the welcome hamper was a real treat. All in all, a wonderful stay with a beautiful pool in a peaceful setting. Highly recommended!

Tihana is an amazing friendly host. We booked this apartment last-minute since the place we booked earlier cancelled on us after we reached the town. Tihana welcomed us warmly and gave us plenty of recommendations. The studio itself is stunning and very well done. It's cosy, quiet, away from the main city, but you can walk to the town very easily. Parking was very convenient, even though the streets can be narrow, and Tihana helped us with that as well. The town and the accommodations were definitely highlights of our trip!

Rarely experienced such a welcoming host. The house was perfect, modern, super clean. Unfortunately, the shade cloths broke after heavy rainfall. Valentina her father came to take it away and immediately invited us to taste his homemade liqueur, fantastic. On the day of departure, Valentina also came with her mother. Also done together with fathers a cheers to the beautiful time in Banjole. And the taxi driver is waiting, but also in this, these inhabitants of Croatia are thoughtful. The driver just wait a moment. On the day of departure, we were allowed to stay longer because our flight went in the evening. This was also a big plus! Any questions we had during our 2 week stay were answered quickly and pleasantly by Valentina. I would recommend this beautiful house to anyone. We had rented bikes for 1 week. 2 Days a car. Further hiking in the neighborhood and visited the beaches (pebble). Conclusion: Had a great holiday with our friends. Thanks Valentina and parents 🤩

A very nice apartment, very clean and very well equipped with everything you need. Lucano and Tatjana are incredibly lovely people, very warm and helpful and Lucano also speaks German very well. Tatjana brought us 2x small homemade strudel!!! There is plenty of space in the apartment with a very nice bedroom with great beds, the living room is spacious, as is the bathroom. The kitchen has everything you need and much more. The sandy beach is very easy to reach in 15 minutes on foot. Pula and the Kamenjak nature reserve can be reached in a few minutes by car, as well as many beautiful beaches. They were incredibly relaxing days with lovely people, in a beautiful country with very friendly people. We can only highly recommend everything!!!

A neat holiday home for Pula. Great communication with the hosts. It is slightly out of the center, so you’re best off with a car or Uber. Close to Verudela with nice beaches and the Aquarium.

Two very well-maintained bathrooms with plenty of hand and bath towels, a great kitchen and not to forget the order and cleanliness in the entire apartment. Two parking spaces right next to the apartment. A beautiful outdoor area with a whirlpool - just right for relaxing and chilling after a long sightseeing tour. Also, the check-in was absolutely no problem according to Nadija's description. Nadija had put ice-cold drinks in the fridge to welcome them. A very, very nice touch that we really appreciated. We can only recommend Nadija as a host ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I am very attentive to cleanliness and Ante's apartment was really clean and tidy; it is equipped with everything you need for your stay, including the kitchen equipped with everything you need to cook. Ante was available and the stay was great.

Very nice host, always reachable, always good tips at hand about beach and restaurant options nearby, very clean apartment, modern furniture, perfect location to the beach, 5 minutes walk. Bikes, SUP, and kayaks for those who want to do more sportive vacations. Highly recommendable, we will come again.

The apartment is very lovingly and tastefully furnished and very clean. You feel very comfortable right away. The whirlpool is an absolute bonus! The area is very nice and pleasantly quiet. You can get everywhere quickly. Marija responds very quickly if you have any questions. In short, this apartment is really recommended and we will be happy to come back!

Best Airbnb experience I’ve had. Absolutely gorgeous place, worth every penny.

We had a great stay ar Drazen’s place. The apartment is beautiful clean and very bright. The parking was also very convenient. The bed was very comfortable and the entire place feels new and renovated. The location is a little bit farther from town than we expected but the parking made it convenient for us to go back in forth. We ended up meeting the hosts as we were leaving for the day and they gave us good recommendations for tiny town to visit in the area, much appreciated. The only negatives were, there is only solar shade in the house so it get’s incredibly bright to sleep as early as 5 am. Also we had issue with the shower drain not draining properly ( probably just needs to be cleaned) so we had to take shower with very little water pressure or stop the water in the middle of it to let the water drain to avoid water flooding the bathroom. Aside from that everything was perfect, thank you!

Super great 1 bedroom apartment with kitchen! Alba (the mother) lives there alone. A super nice lady, always helpful and always there when you need something! But she also leaves you enough peace! We were alone with Alba and thus had the pool to ourselves! Really great! We were there by car and explored everything ourselves. Thank you, thank you, thank you! Really great!

Anna's place had everything we needed for our 5 day summer trip. The location is the best, especially with kids: restaurants, little shops and the beautiful sea/beach close by. The konoba in front of the apartment, had 2 nights with live music until midnight, which was not the best for a good nights sleep. Communication with Anna was easy. Still it was a perfect stay and we enjoyed our time in Anna's apartment.

Really loved the apartment! It was so clean and tidy. Goran was a fantastic, kind and helpful host. Would definitely recommend anyone to stay here. Gorans mother was a very sweet and lovely lady too, with a cute little dog. The town was easily walkable and the airport was only 10/15mins away in taxi. Thank you for a great stay!

We have just returned from the best holiday. (Me with my 9 and 11 year old boys). Lilli’s apartment is exactly what we were looking for. It had everything you need for a comfortable stay. We walked into town most days to explore the beautiful history of Pula and get our daily gelato! But most importantly Lilli and her family made us feel so at ease. Beforehand with swift response to enquiries; when we were arriving, with the way we were greeted; and throughout our stay, Lilli made us amazing cakes and offered me coffees. It was such an incredibly special touch. The best Airbnb host I have ever had! We spent so much time in the pool and set ourselves up in the well equipped outdoor kitchen. On our last night we were coming home late from a dolphin sunset tour and Lilli left the pool open with lights on for my boys to have a special moonlit dip! This was my first overseas holiday as a single mum and any anxiety I had about it disappeared as soon as we arrived!

This apartment is absolutely fantastic! We loved the place and Tea and her parents have really thought of everything to make your stay as easy and enjoyable as possible. The apartment is VERY spacious and VERY clean. The decor is bright and modern, the bed super comfy and the kitchen well equipped. Tea is amazing with her communication too. It is a real gem and we wouldn’t hesitate to book again when we visit Croatia again. Thanks so much for a fabulous stay.

It was really nice to meet not just the host, but her whole family. After three days it felt like we know each other for years. Place itself is in the top location, it very peacefull and it has all U need.

The accommodation exceeded all expectations, we felt at home. Marina is very proactive, approachable and caring as a host. Compliments on the listing. The location was great because of the proximity to the beach. The private terrace was also a big plus. The apartment is quite spacious and every detail was taken care of and was available to us.
