Very nice accommodation to unwind and relax. Saša is very friendly and helpful and easy to reach. Accommodation matches the description, offers everything you need. I was personally very satisfied and could imagine spending another holiday there

If your idea of paradise is fabulous views from outside dining, bedrooms and infinity pool, this is the villa for you. So peaceful and private with birdsong amongst the flowers, strawberries and olive trees. It felt like our home away from home. The villa is spotlessly clean with plenty of towels for the 2.5 bathrooms and swimming pool. A central location to use as a base to explore different aspects of Istria including the hill top villages and diverse coastal areas. The host Marjana, is warm and. delightful. She and her partner want to make your stay very memorable.

The place was very nice. Everything was very clean and tidy. A good location and quiet. Mauro welcomed us personally and showed us the place. He was easily accessible and responded quickly. In addition, Mauro was helpful and very friendly. The property was fenced, but with small dogs you have to put something in front of the gate so that they don't run away. We had a lovely stay and can only recommend the accommodation.

Fantastic stay, the villa is finished to a high standard and is even better than the pictures. Attentive and friendly host. Well located for beach, shops and restaurants. House very well equipped for families.

I've just returned from a 1 week stay and there were 4 adults and 1 baby. The baby room (wasn't on the listing) was excellent and very well equipped and this made our stay so much better. The property was beautiful and well described, but the pictures don't so it justice. The host was lovely and very helpful when we needed her and we will hopefully come and stay again in the future. A floor plan would be even more helpful for future guests because bedrooms on the ground floor and the baby room are big selling points for families or those with disabilities.

The accommodation was very reasonable for the price and very large for two people. The pool and garden were perfectly designed for relaxation. Martin was always available for us. All in all, we liked it very much, gladly again.

We were lovingly welcomed in the holiday home with cherries from Martina's garden. We always had a contact person and the bed linen was also changed - we have never had that before! The house is completely fenced, which really made it the top choice for our dog. The house is divided into two parts, which means that two bedrooms are somewhat separate and have more privacy. There is plenty of space and seating. The barbecue and the dining table are simply fantastic! We grilled every evening. The surrounding area is very quiet. Nearby there is a quiet wild beach - better not to go by car, the tires will thank you - there is a small supermarket within walking distance and Pula is also just around the corner! It was a wonderful stay!! The pool + loungers + outdoor shower is great! Only an umbrella would have been great sometimes, because there is no shade at noon

The house is incredibly beautiful and right in the neighboring village of Pula. It is super quiet and the sea is a 10-minute walk away. We felt incredibly comfortable and enjoyed the house very much

We felt very comfortable in this beautiful holiday home in the wonderful town of Bale. The old town house has been tastefully and high-quality modernized, is sparkling clean and comfortable. Communication with Christine and on site with Iva was very pleasant and helpful. In short: a great holiday home that we can recommend without reservation.

Quiet location. New apratma. Well equipped. Balcony for morning coffees. The apartment was clean and large for two people. The hosts were very friendly and welcoming. Close to establishments and tavern. Center and beach a bit further but at walking distance.

Inga and her family were the best hosts we've been to so far, we felt completely comfortable. The house is beautiful and the view just amazing. We were there for 7 days with a 15 month old child and Inga provided everything necessary. Inga and Andelko are very open and can also be had for a short or extended chat. We can only recommend it and if we are in the area again we will stop by again:-)

Great place to stay: two big bedrooms, well furnished kitchen, conditioning in each room, excellent location near the seaside and shopping mall, clean. Franka greeted us with drinks and fruits.

We had a wonderful time! Sabrina was always responsive and communicative and we really enjoyed the apartment. It was the perfect place to stay and walk to enjoy the many beautiful beaches and relax.

Sandro's house made our stay more beautiful and memorable. We also enjoyed cooking there when needed. Sandro was also very helpful. He replied whenever I needed him. The location is close to the bus station and some very good restaurants. It was really a great stay.

We had a wonderful 2 weeks with our family in this house. Had super nice weather and everything you can think of was present in the house of Natalija and her family. Close to Labin, I think one of the best located places in Istria! We enjoyed the beach in Rabac, good restaurants nearby and from here very exploring Istria, Rovinj, Pula etc. Also seen the plitvice lakes and that is 5 hours up and down but worth it. Had a very nice time! Thank you!

A hidden paradise for humans and dogs! Very close to all the beautiful beaches, hiking and surf spots!

The four of us had a wonderful time at Milka's and Igor's house. The swimming coves are fantastic, but we mostly visited them by car, and on the property the insane vegetable garden, where we 🍅 enjoyed the most delicious tomatoes as well as peppers, zucchini etc. The outdoor shower was also particularly great and that we were surrounded by green countryside.

We were very warmly welcomed by Ilija and Ljublica and felt at home from the beginning. We really appreciated the many little things from the garden! The house and location is perfect to walk to the beach, restaurants, small grocery store in the village and the bakery. Thank you for the unforgettable stay!

Everything as described and even better than in the pictures. House super clean, furnishings super clean. It felt right at home. Whirlpool and grill as well as the garden with trampoline and slide for the kids in excellent condition. Everything is well maintained. You can tell that the two of them like to do it and that they value that the guests feel comfortable here Great hosts, great people! Spending his holiday here was the best decision. Vedran and his wife explained to us what's so great in the area. Vedran even reminds me that a holiday is coming and I should take that into account for my shopping. Finally, there was even a baker he had also recommended who was open on this holiday. House is quietly located on the edge of the forest so that you have your privacy and can really reach everything in a few minutes. There are plenty of shops. There are also plenty of beaches. So you never get bored. All about Happy. Thank you!!!

Petra and Peter are experienced and very nice hosts. The place was as pictured, super clean and in a great location. Day check-in via key box was super easy. On the second day, we met briefly and got some local tips. We will be happy to come back!
