The house was pretty inside and out. Very clean. Quiet neighborhood. Comfortable furniture and bed. Melissa was very responsive to questions. She was polite and helpful. We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend.

Great place to stay even if you don't have a car! Short walk to a grocery store and KU. One day my door passcode didn't work, but I reached out to the host through the Airbnb chat and they solved in 5 minutes.

I needed a home for 30 days waiting on my apartment to be available, and Carlos's home was the perfect choice. Only about 4 blocks from the old town/downtown (nice walk), and the downtown had a wide variety of shops/restaurants/hangouts. The house is located in an older established neighborhood, that is quiet/peaceful. I arrived in town a few hours before checkin, and Carlos graciously allowed me to checkin early. I would recommend this home for travelers to Lawrence (or just passing through), the home is nicely decorated and provides all your needs
