Please note! This house is located on a quiet park where other people also relax and live, and is absolutely not a party destination. We only rent to groups of young people if it is declared in advance that they will not cause a nuisance or late-night parties. The house has been recently renovated and features many new appliances. Smart lighting and thermostat, new refrigerator, and oven/microwave. Atmospheric decor throughout the house based on an industrial look. Upon opening the back door, your holiday begins with a spacious garden equipped with all necessities and a jetty from which you can swim and boat.

This chalet is within 6x4 and has a kitchen (with microwave oven and fridge), bathroom with shower and toilet, a cozy bedstee (1.40m x 2.00 with a step) and plenty of storage space. The spacious, covered terrace of 6x3 meters (west) easily involves you to the living space. You really sit in the (swimming)water of the clean lake. Our romantic windmill (1874) is just a few miles from Amsterdam in wide green fields and along a meandering river: "Gein". Easy access to the A'dam. by car, train or by bike. You have the entire windmill to yourself. Three floors, 3 bedrooms with double beds: it easily sleeps 6, a kitchen, living, 2 toilets and a bathroom with bath/shower. Bikes available + kayak. Just leave some extra money if you did use them. No need to reserve ahead. Great swimming water and small landing just in front.

In the winter, you sit comfortably with your hot chocolate by the fireplace and play board games. At the end of the day, you flop down satisfied in the hanging chair in the sunny conservatory.

Tiny House on a Private Island | Near Amsterdam

Spend the night in this tiny house on a quiet island in the Vinkeveense Plassen. A special place where you can spend the night surrounded by nature, while Amsterdam and Utrecht are within easy reach. Ideal if you really want to unwind or if you want to explore the city during the day and then relax again afterwards. The island is only accessible by boat. For €30 a day, you can rent a motorboat that allows you to easily sail to and from the island and explore the Vinkeveen Lakes.

A beautiful houseboat on the tip of an island with beautiful views over the Vinkeveense lakes. A lovely large garden where you can have a BBQ or swim in the Vinkeveense lakes. Spacious bedrooms and a spacious living room. The cottage includes towels, bed linen and making the beds. The houseboat has a 5hp motorboat. You can use this during your entire stay, and that's how you get to your accommodation. The accommodation is only accessible by boat. A beautiful location!

Cozy tiny house with Jacuzzi and Sauna

We are devoted to our tiny house on the Vinkeveense Plassen. We love to share our beautiful place, which is why we occasionally rent out our tiny house, "Where happiness lies." We have decorated it ourselves to make it as comfortable as possible. We find living in a small space with lots of outdoor space gives a free feeling. Especially with the Vinkeveense Plassen for us. If you come with young children, you can rent an electric cargo bike from us. Ask the host about this.

The spacious apartment is fully equipped and is located on the beautiful Vinkeveense Lake. The apartment has two roof terraces, on the large roof terrace there is a Jacuzzi and barbecue. It is a clean, luxurious and stylishly furnished apartment with a very relaxed vibe. Inside, all areas are air-conditioned. There is secure parking for your car and two moorings for your boat. It is very centrally located, 10 minutes from Amsterdam, also a trainstation nearby in Abcoude.

'T Stekkie

This memorable space is anything but ordinary. Houseboat 'T Stekkie is a spacious and cozy houseboat with a split-level layout, located on the Vinkeveense Plassen. The boat has three bedrooms (two with two single beds and one with a single bed) and a sleeping pouf in the living room that can serve as an extra bed. The spacious open kitchen is fully equipped and the private terrace with jetty offers direct access to the water, perfect for a relaxing stay.
