It's situated in the beautiful countryside next to the River Holendrecht. Right in between the picturesque villages of Ouderkerk aan de Amstel and Abcoude. And less than 10km from Amsterdam. It has all you need for a wonderful stay: peace & quiet, beautiful views over the countryside, luxury and comfort. Just 10 minutes away from Amsterdam + free parking space!

Spacious and comfortably furnished house with a beautifull, sunny garden. The house has a modern cozy living room, three bedrooms, two bathrooms. Excellent wifi. It is located in a quiet street, within walking distance of shops, forests and heath and near the Lakes of Loosdrecht. It is 30 minutes by car to Amsterdam, Utrecht and Schiphol. Public transport takes approximately one hour (return possible untill 23 hrs). The house is suitable for a family or couples, not for groups of young people.

This 60 m2 apartment is ideal for couples on an Europe trip, it's a true home-away-from-home. And it's the perfect spot to explore the city of Utrecht from. Besides this it's also a perfect apartment for couples on a working holiday, because of the two separate work places, 1 in the bedroom and 1 in the living room. Mondriaan heeft veel in deze omgeving geschilderd. Ons gastenverblijf voor twee personen staat achter het oude Tolhuis aan het Velterslaantje. Het is een zelfstandig huisje met eenvoudige keuken, woonkamer en badkamer met regendouche. Het huisje heeft vloerverwarming. Een houten trap leidt naar de slaapverdieping.

De lichte studio heeft een eigen ingang en is gelegen aan een kleine “Japanse” binnentuin. Als je de schuifdeur openzet zit je in de tuin. In de sfeervolle rustige kamer staat een queensize bed. Ook de badkamer en suite is gelegen aan de binnentuin.

This house and this area are very photogenic.

A cosy romantic house on the water, near Amsterdam. With free parking in front of the house. Within half an hour you are in Amsterdam city. Here is a country atmosphere in the village 's Graveland. Unique is the living kitchen with a lot of light, big windows around. We live at the waterside and you see ducks and swans while you have breakfast or you are sitting on the outside terras. In the evening you love to sit by the fire place in the livingroom.

Farmhouse bohemian style close to Amsterdam

Welcome to our home. This beautiful farm in the typical Dutch countryside was built in the beginning of the last century. We bought & created this lovely place and split it into two houses and the barn next to it as a tiny conference place. The backhouse is what we offer for rent: this used to be the stables in the old days and is now a big, open space with an upstairs. The house is surrounded by a 800m2 garden, included the space under the haystack.
