We rent out our holiday paradise on Rauland. The cabin was new winter 2023 and is located on a hill with panoramic views of Lake Totak. Short distance to the city center (4 km). The area offers great hiking opportunities in summer and winter. In the winter you can strap on your skis at the cabin and go out into the cross-country network in Rauland which is over 150 km. If you drive 15 minutes you are in the downhill slopes in Holtardalen. If you walk 10 minutes you will reach fine sandy beaches at Totak. Several hiking trails in forest terrain in the immediate vicinity

Nice modern apartment of 50 m2 for rent. The apartment is located in the middle of the ski slope on the front row with amazing views. The apartment is fully furnished. 2 Bedrooms. Bedroom 1: Bunk bed with double bed with room for 3 people. Bedroom 2: Storage room that has been converted into a bedroom. Here there is a bunk bed and room for 2. Cramped and best suited for children/adolescents The couch in the living room is a sofa bed. Can also be used. Welcome to a cozy cabin in scenic surroundings in the middle of the mountain! Here there is great hiking terrain, berry picking, prepared ski tracks, and just a few minutes drive from Haukelifjell ski center. Enjoy the sun from morning to evening on the terrace with panoramic views with a glass of wine and a good book. The cabin is a perfect starting point for visiting Trolltunga, 1 h 45 min drive away. The cabin has one bedroom with a double bed, one with a double bed and a single bed above (family bunk), and a loft with extra sleeping places.

Welcome to our charming and newly renovated cabin with great views and peaceful location, only 2 km from Haukelifjell ski resort. There is a road all the way to the cabin when it is snow-free, with parking space for 2-3 cars. In winter you walk about 400 m on skis or snowshoes from the common parking lot by the main road (often snowmobile and ski tracks). There are 3 bedrooms (2 double beds, 2 single beds). Many activities in the area, with great hiking area for fishing, hunting and cross-country trails right by.

The cottage has 2 bedrooms, a spacious living room with a corner sofa (can also be used as a sofa bed if needed), a cozy fireplace, a large dining table, a loft, a well-equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower and washing machine. Large terrace with a dining table and view of the lake and the mountains. We have our own marina, boat ramp and a boat, 2 kayaks and 2 SUPs that can be rented. 15 min to ski centre.

Forget your worries in this spacious and peaceful place. Private lawn and fire pit. About 100-150 m from the house you have access to a swimming area, boat, volleyball court, playground and football pitch. Roller ski track of 1 km and ski tracks of 2,3,5,10 and 25 km just below the house. Joker, gas station and cafeteria with pub within walking distance. The place is located about 20-30 min from Dalen, Lårdal, Åmot, Rauland and Seljord.

The terrace is south/west facing with afternoon/evening sun. Outdoor furniture with fire pit on the terrace. The property is very well located towards the end of a cul-de-sac and adjacent to the alpine slope and cross-country ski trails.

Rural and quiet surroundings. Great nature and idyll with grazing animals. Possibilities for swimming and fishing right below the cabin. Simple cabin with what you need, bathroom with heating cables, shower (with hot water) and toilet. Kitchen with stove, fridge and kettle. Sleeping space for six, the loft is not suitable for small children. Unfortunately, the cabin does not have a baby bed.
