The cottage is all with all the comforts and very comfortable. The hosts, Hans and Annelene are very hospitable and we got tips for places to visit in the area. We'd love to come back to discover more of this beautiful area.

Amazingly beautiful with a big lake just over a small road. Rauland's ski area was perfect for our grandchildren (3.3.5 and 5.5 years) Plenty of wood we could use for both inside and out. We had a great week!

We were 5 people staying in the house in August. It’s a beautiful house as described with a great view over the lake. The information center for the national park is only a 2 minutes walk away. Nevertheless, the spot is private and very quite, perfect for a relaxing time. It’s a great spot for activities like hiking various trails nearby or visiting the national park. We were really impressed by the spectacular nature. The house was clean and had all amenities making our stay a great experience. Check-in was easy and very flexible. Stein-Arve was a very helpful and responsive hosts, providing us with many information on possible activities. We can really recommend the house for a stay in the area.

This was a last-minute choice when we realized we would be too slow in reaching our destination for the day. Iselin saved the day by responding quickly and offing her wonderful place. We had an amusing misunderstanding when the Airbnb translation service converted part of the street name to an English word and made it impossible to find in mapping software. But Iselin kindly guided us by phone and all was well. This is a beautiful and spacious place, but we arrived late and left early so we didn't get to enjoy it for long.

The cottage is very cozy en the view is amazing. We really enjoyed our stay.

A nice house with character. Rustic maybe a bit outdated. But it doesn't always have to be the latest frills. Everything you need. The only thing we found inconvenient was the access to the house. Parking across the street from winding road with no speed limit. There are mirrors but we were always a bit queasy when parking out, as the road is quite busy.

Our family of two adults and two children spent 3 nights at Christian's cabin at the start of the winter holidays. Nothing to postpone in either cabin or surroundings! Great decorated cabin that had everything we needed and more. Great to be able to strap on the cross-country skiing just outside the door, trek over the yard also we were right in the light trails. The jacuzzi was also a big plus, which we took advantage of every night. Christian was friendly and quick to respond when we had any questions. Highly recommend the place to stay!

What a fantastic place. Our family of ten had lots of sleeping options. I was hesitant at first, but staying at Bente’s place was a comfortable and unique experience that our family will remember forever. Bente is very sweet and flexible. We came late at night and she was there to greet us. There is so much pure positive energy here. You can feel it all around you. The views are also spectacular and we even got to pick blueberries and raspberries. :-)

We had an amazing stay at Anders’ apartment. It was a brand new apartment and everything works perfect. Very swift response from Anders whenever we had any question. Really recommend his apartment and we’ll definitely come back 😊.

Rented the cottage from 17/5-24/5 2025. 6 adults and 2 children. The cottage is exactly as in the photos. Cosy, charming and lovely clean. Quick communication with the host, who even warned about slippery access in the middle of the week. Fantastic view from the cottage located at the top with easy access to hiking behind the cottage. The first days we could sit outside and eat in the evening in the sun - on Wednesday there was snow with about 10 cm. So there was also a snowball fight and a snowman made during the summer holidays. The best recommendation of the host and this amazing cottage from us.

Charming older cabin with new bathroom. Content as described, lovely views and cozy atmosphere. Very pleasant host who responds quickly. Definitely worth a visit and can be recommended :)

We had gathered the family - 6 people, 3 generations - a week's time in Mette and Pers lovely cabin. The cabin is perfect for 3 families and the location is tip top if you appreciate peace, coziness and a great view. We also had some great days skiing, although the area is not that big. We'd love to come again

Nice and beautifully decorated house and inside equipped with all comforts. Beautiful view and you can walk into nature by the stream. The immediate surroundings in the hut field look (outside the snow period) a little less atmospheric, but you know that in advance. We chose the house and we had a great time!

Ines place was a great home during our vacation. We especially enjoyed the big kitchen, coffee machine and the amenity of a washing machine. The area is nice, although during our stay the outdoor area was still unfinished. I'm sure it will get even more beautiful with time.
