Within 500 meters you will find both shop, cafe/bakery, restaurant, pub, water park, hiking trails in both summer and winter. Swimming area and playground. Alpine trails and cross country tracks in winter and bike racks and trails in summer. Here you live comfortably with a short distance to everything. Simple and peaceful accommodation, which is centrally located. The apartment is well located central and peaceful on the 2nd floor, must be able to walk stairs. The flat is newly renovated, good living for 4 people. Within walking distance there is a Joker shop, hairdresser, Cricket K, restaurant, swimming area, school with playground and football field. Roll ski slope in approx. 1 km and ski slopes at 2,3,5 and 10 km. There is also a children's ski hill with an elevator right next door. Private porch with seating area and direct access to the outdoor areas. Rented to quiet people, no partying.
