Monthly Rentals in Vinings

Loved staying here! The in-person meetup for the key was super simple and took no time at all! The host was super nice and gave some recommendations on what to do and where to eat. The amenities were nice to walk around and check out while letting our toddler run around and get some energy out. The place is super chill and the breakfast downstairs is a must try. It is in a good location that is close to all kinds of things to do and see. The max we drove was 30 minutes away to go to the aquarium. The only "negative" feedback we have is the bedroom does not have a fan but the AC does work great. So if you are people that typically use a fan to sleep, we would recommend to bring one. We loved staying here and will definitely stay again in the future!

I can’t recommend this place enough. Bob and Tara are AMAZING. Super responsive and communicative. The space is clean and has everything you need for a very comfortable stay - it feels like home away from home! Very spacious, comfortable and lots of natural light. There are also a lot of “areas” in the rental - a desk, kitchen table, bar stools, living room sofa, table in bedroom and outdoor private patio with seating. I will absolutely be back to this property.

Joseph’s place was great for a quick weekend in Atlanta! We love the Vinings area and it was close to all the shopping and restaurants. The breakfast items in the fridge were such a nice touch! The apartment was quiet and the couch was comfy. Everything was super clean also!

James is an amazing host! Very responsive when I had any questions, I stayed long term for over 5 months and I can truly say he’s a great host. If I’m ever back in the Atlanta area I know where I’ll be staying!
