Holiday rentals with lake access in Viña del Mar

We went with a group of 9 families, all with small children, and although the place is not equipped for that since it is designed more for adults, we felt very comfortable. All rooms are of excellent standard and impeccable and comfortable. All utensils are labeled and tidy. We had everything we could have needed at our disposal. The view is beautiful and has enough space for everyone to have the privacy they need. Thank you very much for everything!

Excellent stay, I stayed at Pablo's house to get to know all the surroundings of the V region and I was able to make it, the accommodation is as shown in the pictures and description, all communication with Pablo was fluid, without problems, recommended.

The house is very comfortable, a spectacular view with access to the beach. It was a pleasure, everything was tidy and arranged, the house is well heated and following the instructions for use, water, electricity and heating everything worked perfectly!! I recommend it

It was amazing to be at Marco's place. The apartment has everything we need and very spacious for a family. The view is really beautiful and the pools are wonderful. It felt like home and highly recommend it !

Excellent location, there are a few stairs 100m down to the main avenue (250 steps). Seaview perfect for sunsets🌅. Very clean, only one bathroom available for bathing

Beautiful apartment. Beautiful terrace with charcoal grill and beautiful ocean views. Everything clean and impeccable, very nice and ocgedor. Sector of so many restaurants to choose from. I would definitely come back. The owner was very attentive, she made everything very easy for us.

Luis was attentive from the moment, he always responded promptly to our inquiries. On arrival he waited for us at the apartment. There was an issue with the internet company and he worried about resolving it as soon as possible. There was a detail with the sheets and towels (the notice indicates the guest should bring them, I didn't see it so it was my responsibility). The apartment has everything you need for a pleasant stay. The rooms and beds are comfortable. I would go back to USA and highly recommended. Thank you Luis for your hospitality!
