The Admiral's House, double room with bathroom

Located in Recreo, one of the most beautiful neighborhoods in Viña del Mar and minutes from Valparaíso, our house recovers part of the city's history. The main building dates back to 1921 and was built by the father of urban planning in Chile, Mr. Luis Enrique Muñoz Maluschka. Its main owner for much of the century and in which the name was inspired, was the Vice Admiral of the Chilean Navy, Mr. Víctor Oelckers. We restored the property in 2010 and it is our primary residence.

Located in Recreo, one of the most beautiful neighborhoods of Viña del Mar and minutes from Valparaíso, our house recovers part of the history of the city.
