This is an apartment of 2 rooms and kitchen, 85m2 in a privately-owned villa, there is a double bed + single bed in the bedroom, a sofa bed in the TV room that is 140cm wide when extended In the new kitchen, there is most of what is needed, it is a table with 5 chairs and a 3 seats, also a TV in the kitchen.

Lilla Telacka

Our cottage is located in the beautiful Falbygden. Next to the garden is the pilgrim trail between Falköping and Varnhem. In autumn and spring, there are cranes in the fields. The cottage has a kitchen, living room and toilet with shower on the ground floor. Two bedrooms on the second floor, one with a double bed, three single beds in the other. Balcony available. The cottage is partly heated by a pellet stove that spreads heat. To the west, there is a patio with furniture and barbecue, exit from the living room. Pets are warmly welcome! An additional fee of SEK 150 will be applied.

Here you live in a quiet environment with proximity to nature. The cottage is located on the beautiful, culturally rich Falbygden, with proximity to Lake Hornborgasjön with its fantastic bird life. The cottage is well located for day trips to many sights and attractions. By car, car you can reach both Vänern and Vättern with nice swimming in about 1 hour. Mösseberg offers summer time on nice hiking areas and zoo, and winter time ski resort with downhill skiing and ski trails. To the nearest community with grocery store and pizzeria, it is about 6 km. Kleva Kvarn, in the countryside with breakfast in a nice environment

On the northern slope of Mösseberg is Kleva Kvarn. In a former mill house, with the basin and mill wheel outside, there are 2 bedrooms, a dining room, a kitchenette (not for cooking but there is a microwave and kettle) and a toilet for overnight guests. Higher up on the property is the owner's home and a detached small house with a simple shower and a small sauna. The garden is a lush oasis with streams, crops, a Japanese-inspired part, greenhouses, fruit trees, flower beds and a view of the forest and meadows. A dog lives here.

With a step ladder, you get up to the cozy sleeping loft that is equipped with two adjacent 90cm beds. Warmly welcome.

Fantastic mill with history from the 16th century. In the kitchen there is a dishwasher induction hob, oven and microwave, fridge/freezer. In the small TV room there is a smart TV. Upstairs it was a carpentry workshop which is now a modern TV room with wifi, amplifier,Chromecast, speaker system and projector. The shower is located in the basement. The balcony facing the sheep garden has garden furniture and spa baths. Woodstove in the kitchen.Sauna is available.

The apartment is located right on the hillside so you have good opportunities for walking, swimming and outdoor training. Falköping's pride "Falbygden osteria" is a stone's throw away. 5 minutes by car and you will find the city center, grocery stores & train station.
