Independent wooden studio with terrace and garden

This wooden studio (self-built) is ideally located halfway between Nîmes and Montpellier, 30 minutes from the sea and at the gates of the Cévennes. The historic center of the pretty little medieval town of Sommières is 600 m away. The "voie verte" (a bike path) at 2 steps, will allow you to reach Lecques (3,5 miles), its guinguette and its swimming area. You will have at your disposal a place to store your bikes. The Mas de l'Arboras

Formerly a newly renovated priory, the farmhouse is surrounded by 2 hectares of parkland and vineyards. Bicentennial trees, a waterwheel, a pine forest and an orchard will charm you. Great place to recharge your batteries, come with family or friends or for a seminar. Our family lives on the property (Our house is at the north end of the building) the tenants live at the south end of the building. As a result, parties and (loud) music are forbidden.

Our gîte is located in the center of the charming village near Sommieres, Vergeze and Lunel at the gates of the Camargue, less than an hour from the Pont du Gard and Uzes, between Nîmes and Montpellier, close to the A9 highway. It can accommodate 5 people. It is located in the backyard of a village house in Gard stones where we live. It is nicely equipped, charm, comfort, peace and quiet are waiting for you.

Old Farmhouse with pool & garden

This farmhouse from 1610, 1 minute away from Sommières by car. You will be in a peaceful setting with no street noise and a 9x4m pool to cool yourself on hot summer days. The garden goes down to the river where one can go fishing. From certain spots you can see the Chapelle Saint Julien from the XIth century as well as the château de Sommières. There is a brasero and a pizza oven outside to enjoy time together outside.

Very quiet 40 m2 cottage on the ground floor of our house. It has a private entrance, a kitchen with appliances, a bathroom, toilet, a bedroom with dressing room and a living room in a warm and cozy atmosphere. The exteriors have a balcony, terrace with barbecue, pool access and garden. Ideally located between Nîmes and Montpellier, just 5 km from Sommieres and close to many typical classified villages in Circulade.
