Direct access to the Paris-London greenway (Chaussy – Gisors section) and the Epte (1st category river) for your walks, bike and kayak rides. Property without neighbors, without any noise. It has local shops such as a bakery, a tobacco bar, a pizzeria and a grocery store. Also on site is a municipal swimming pool and a doctor's office. Possibility to rent the pond by the day (fishing, barbecue, petanque...) Also for rent is a 9-seater mini van.
