Stephan is a lovely host who has a very nice property in Nice. Stephan was very communicative, hospitable and provided everything you could need in a stay. The value was tremendous considering we were in town for F1. The property is modern, spotless and comfortable. Look no further for your south of France vacation!

This was a wonderful and affordable place to stay in Nice for 3. It is within walking distance of the beach or other attractions or public transport is close by and easy to navigate. Philippe was an excellent host and very proactive to check on us and communicate. We appreciate his kindness and all of his efforts to assure we were taken care of and felt welcomed.

Alexandra was simply the best host! She was responsive, professional, and her air bnb was clean and in a stunning location. She is so friendly and kind and really made our honeymoon so wonderful and special!!

This place is excellent. Was here for a week (for work) and it was very close to the train station (less than 10 minute walk) and la Croisette (~15 minutes). The hosts are incredibly responsive and share lots of clear instructions. The place was clean, very well decorated and an all around lovely space. Hope to rebook for next year! Patricia’s apartment exceeded expectations!! Fantastic, central location that made it really easy to get all around. The apartment itself was light and airy with pretty much everything we could possibly need. The expansive bed was extremely comfortable. But, the best thing about the property was that amazing terrace!! Wow! Views to die for and such a nice table and chairs for eating or just relaxing. Boy, did we enjoy that everyday we stayed there! If we ever come back Nice we absolutely hope to stay again.

Very beautiful view and relaxing mornings and evenings. Laure is really nice and easily approachable. We didnt had any trouble whatever we need was there already in the room. It was our baby’s first bday so we had a good celebration also in her balcony as a family of 3. Overall we will highly recommend this place.

The location was perfect for our needs; near the railway station. The apartment was quiet even though it is on a busy, lively street. We appreciated handy access to the building’s elevator and use of an efficient washing machine in the apartment. There were easy to follow instructions for all the appliances and Chris was very responsive with queries. Don’t hesitate to make your booking before this place is snapped up! Our stay went very well. The environment is superb and the neighborhood is quiet. The term "cozy nest" is quite appropriate to define the apartment, small sure, but which suited us very well. Well equipped too. Thank you again Françoise for your welcome, kindness and availability.

There were three of us in the house in early May 2025 with Celine and Julien. Both are very accommodating and friendly, inquiries were answered promptly. Thanks for both of you. The house is perfectly located for visits to the surrounding villages and towns (Antibes, Cannes, Nice, etc.) as well as for starting long hikes. The pool offers a very nice and gladly used opportunity for refreshment afterwards. The rooms are very nice, the kitchen huge and invites you to cook with friends. We would always love to come again. We spent a very nice holiday there. The domain is very quiet, with a lot of comfort. The owners are very discreet but present and very helpful if you have any questions. Recommended for those who want to visit the region, and yet enjoy the peace and quiet.

I really enjoyed this short stay at Françoise's (professional setting). The apartment was as described and very quiet. Françoise and her husband were really very welcoming, going so far as to pick me up at the station and offering to drop me off at the location of my conference. I would highly recommend it

Our stay at Kim's place was great! The apartment was exactly as described, she was very generous with the towels provided! The place was spotless when we arrived. We hired a car and ended up returning it because the location was perfect for getting the train everywhere we wanted to go. Highly recommend this place purely for the accessibility to anywhere you want to go. Can easily walk to the port and old town. Kim was an amazing host, responded quickly and also gave very clear instructions. Thank you for having us Kim! I would recommend this place to any couple wanting to explore the French Riviera :)

I stayed here with my girlfriend for 2 weeks and it was great! The place was very clean. Upon arrival, we were personally welcomed and shown the accommodation, as well as a tip for shopping at Intermarché, which is just across the street. At night it is a bit noisy on the main road, but this is to be expected in the spring of the French Riviera. A train station is not far away and within 20-30 minutes you can drive to both Cannes and Monaco. Villeneuve-Loubet is in a great location! We will definitely be back!

A fantastic apartment. Ideal to explore the French Riviera and Provence from a quiet, fixed location. Vence is easily accessible on foot. The view is wonderful. In the apartment we did not miss anything. Very nice also the pétanque square and the swimming pool.

We had a great stay at the apartment. It was spacious enough for four adults, the beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was well equipped. Kevin is a great host—friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!
