We had a wonderful stay! This is a thoughtfully designed, bright, spotlessly clean apartment, surrounded by leafy trees. The location is perfect - in a great neighborhood, walkable to all of the central destinations (museums, restaurants, etc.) and very close to the Lavapies metro if you want to go further afield. If you are a runner, this is an ideal spot - it is a 7-minute run to El Retiro, a lovely large park with many nice trails for running. Omayra was a very welcoming and responsive host. The street below has several lively cafes and bars so there is some noise at night with the windows open. This was not a problem for us as the noise was just people chatting (not too loud or disruptive) and we live in the middle of the city so we are used to many sounds at night. Highly recommended - a charming apartment in an ideal location with a great host!

Wow!! This home was absolutely beautiful. Each room had a television and air-conditioning, which was definitely appreciated during the heat wave. It felt like home from the very beginning. It was very close to a train station so we were able to get to all of our attractions quickly and easily. I would definitely recommend this place. One of the best places I’ve stayed at since using Airbnb.

We had the most perfect of holidays in Madrid and Elena’s apartment was perfect in every way and contributed significantly to making this such a memorable holiday and Elena was the perfect host in every way.

I felt right at home. Apartment located in a super quiet area. The best of the Bnbs I've ever stayed at. Clean, nice and above all super quiet. I'll be back soon, God willing. For me, excellent in everything. I wanted to stay there forever, my stay was so beautiful.

We stayed for almost 3 weeks and we could not have been happier. The Apartments was immaculate and had all the basic necessities needed. Supermarkets are a little bit away however there is a small convenience store with all necessities very close by, along with a train station that gets you into the centre in max 20 minutes. Gregorio was a fantastic host and was happy to help with any of our issues, and quickly responded to any of our messages. 10/10 stay very happy with how everything went! Thank you so much :)

The surroundings are very quiet, the room is clean, the facilities are complete, all the equipment can be used well, the room design is very humanized, very comfortable.The owner is very enthusiastic and responds in a timely manner.Overall, I think it's very good!A house worth staying in.

Elena's apartment is centrally located and quiet. Despite the heat, it is very cool and has everything you need to have a very pleasant stay. Elena is always available to help you and establishes very good communication from the time of booking. We recommend this place, we will definitely be back!

Our stay in this apartment fully corresponds to the authentic idea of Airbnb - to feel like a dear guest in someone's home. Ascension was extremely thoughtful. She had left food for us in the fridge, all sorts of tourist maps and guides, as well as information about the museum collections. The apartment is very clean, bright and comfortable. It is located in a beautiful neighborhood and is close to all the sights. No doubt this will be our choice for our next visit to beautiful Madrid.

We loved this airbnb! The location is absolutely unbeatable and the host was super responsive. We appreciated that despite being right on Plaza Mayor if the balcony doors were closed it was super quiet.

Reyes and Carmela's place is magical. It has the perfect combination of being very close to Royal Madrid, yet just outside the hyper-turistic areas so you can enjoy the quiet of a residential zone. The jogging/walking park Madrid Río, just in front is PERFECT for early morning activities or to meet friendly Madrileños walking their athletic galgos. Thank you Reyes and Carmela for sharing your superb place!

We had a very pleasant and recommended stay. Marta is a super attentive host and is available at all times if you need anything. The apartment is 5-10 minutes from the great Plaza España... it is very central and perfectly located, and at night there was no noise.

Great place to stay in Madrid. It’s a bit of a walk up a large hill to the main attractions but the addition of a spa definitely makes up for it. There’s some nice local bars and restaurants as well.

The place is quiet. The accommodation is very well equipped with little extras (sparkling water, still water, coffee, tea, infusion, chocolate and sweets...) in addition to a very clean, spacious accommodation, a well-made and very comfortable bed like the pillows. Towels that smell like laundry. In short, a flawless welcome with a follow-up from the host who makes sure that everything is going well from the time of arrival. It is very appreciable, we highly recommend it.
