Enjoy yourself with the whole family in this stylish property with aprivate swimming pool, within walking distance of the Dreilandereck family ski area. Our holiday home is located at the bottom of the border triangle of Austria, Italy and Slovenia. This allows you to enjoy the best of three countries Our house has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, garden, balcony and heated swimming pool from the end of April to mid-October. In winter, we have 1 locker on the slopes exclusively for our guests.

The 50 m² apartment on the 2nd floor offers a large balcony with a spectacular view of the Gerlitzen hiking and skiing mountain. Enjoy walks through romantic forests, along the Drava or to the surrounding lakes. The fully equipped kitchen for private use is separated from the living/sleeping area with its own bathroom via the shared stairwell. Fast WiFi, free parking right in front of the house and a very quiet location, also suitable for children.

The chalet is located at an altitude of 1720 m, has a sauna and is accessible by car all year round. For summer vacationers, there are hiking and mountain biking opportunities. Lake Ossiach can be reached in 25 minutes by car. In winter you are in the middle of the Gerlitzen ski resort. The chairlift of the Wörthersee descent is a 2-minute walk away. Ski tours or snowshoe hikes along the snow-covered ski slopes or in the forest are also popular.

The apartment is located in a 200-year-old house that used to house a carpentry shop. It is south-facing and is located right in the heart of Treffen. The central location makes it an ideal starting point for excursions throughout Carinthia, but day trips to Italy and Slovenia can also be perfectly planned from here.
