Die Küche ist nagelneu und es gibt einen gemütlichen überdachten Balkon.

Our holiday home is located at the bottom of the border triangle of Austria, Italy and Slovenia. This allows you to enjoy the best of three countries Our house has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, garden, balcony and heated swimming pool from the end of April to mid-October. In winter, we have 1 locker on the slopes exclusively for our guests.

Our holiday apartment, renovated in 2023, is ideal for couples and families with two children. It is located in a quiet apartment complex in Sattendorf. The complex has its own private lake access with a spacious sunbathing area, changing rooms, showers, and toilets. A two-person paddleboat is available for guests' use. The apartment features a fully equipped kitchen, a living and dining area with a balcony, a bedroom (sleeps four), a foyer, and a bathroom with a shower.

Chalet am See!

Unser Chalet am See (120 m²) hat drei geräumige Schlafzimmer sowie ein Badezimmer auf jeder Etage. Zudem befindet sich im OG eine Indoor-Sauna. Der Ess- und Wohnbereich im EG ist ebenfalls geräumig mit einem ausziehbaren Ecksofa, großen Esstisch und bequemen Stühlen. Es gibt eine südseitig ausgerichtete Terrasse. Das Chalet ist mit Altholzwänden verkleidet, welche für ein gemütliches Flair sorgen. Es stehen zwei private Parkplätze direkt beim Chalet zur Verfügung.

Vacation apartment with 2 rooms, beautiful view and beach access. Fully equipped kitchen; spacious balcony with a view. A parking space is available right outside the building. All rooms are centrally accessible. For winter vacationers, the Gerlitze ski resort can be reached by shuttle bus (stop approx. 500 meters away) within 30 minutes, with your own car in 15 minutes. Enjoy relaxing days at Lake Ossiach in a well-equipped and modern furnished apartment.

Summer apartment: 4-person apartment

It's a cozy and cozy apartment. This apartment is for those who love sun, adventure and active enjoyment in nature. This is an ode to summer in Carinthia: hiking through alpine meadows, mountain biking on mountain trails, via ferratas and stand-up paddleboarding on clear lakes. These are all activities that we enjoy ourselves and therefore we wanted to reflect this in the name of one of the apartments. Number of guests: 4 (1 x double bed + 1 x bunk bed)
