The complex has its own private lake access with a spacious sunbathing area, changing rooms, showers, and toilets. A two-person paddleboat is available for guests' use. The apartment features a fully equipped kitchen, a living and dining area with a balcony, a bedroom (sleeps four), a foyer, and a bathroom with a shower.

Washing machine not in bungalows but can be used on request for a fee. A deposit of €250 is required for damages.
