The Gradisch forest house was renovated to the highest standard in 2022. Short driving times to the Carinthian ski resorts: Gerlitzen 20 minutes; Bad Kleinkirchheim 25 minutes; Turracherhöhe 35 minutes and to Lake Wörthersee and Lake Ossiach each 15 minutes. The large Zirbenstube as well as the pool heated with geothermal energy, a small sauna, the designer kitchen and a pool table are the highlights of this house.

Reside in the Theresienhof manor house. Built by Franz Ritter von Jakomini in the early 19th century. On almost 120 m² you will find 2 bedrooms, a spacious kitchen with dining area for 6 people, a spacious living room, as well as bathroom and toilet separated.
