Zur Ausstattung der Wohnungen gehören Geschirr, Bettwäsche und Handtücher, sowie ein Fön. Für alle Wohnungen steht ebenso freies WLAN bereit. Homeoffice ist also kein Hindernis!

Genießen Sie geräumige Appartements in Ossiach mit atemberaubendem Blick über den See. Parkplätze direkt vor der Tür, gratis WLAN und einen praktischen Brötchenservice. Nur 300m entfernt bieten wir einen kostenlosen Seezugang am Camping Kölbl. Genießen Sie eine Vielzahl von Freizeitaktivitäten in unmittelbarer Umgebung (Minigolf, Sommerrodelbahn, Kletterwald..) Zudem bieten sich Wander- und Mountainbike-Strecken in der Nähe an, um die schöne Landschaft rund um Ossiach zu erkunden.

This barrier-free bungalow is suitable for families, seniors, and the disabled. Beach and all amenities are to be used by all guests of our houses. 3 Bungalows in total for max 20 people. Can also be booked as a group accommodation. No pets allowed. Bed linen, kitchen towels, towels are provided. You must bring your own beach towels. Washing machine not in bungalows but can be used on request for a fee. A deposit of €250 is required for damages.

Partly with a view of Lake Millstätter See. The house itself is in a quiet location at 840m above sea level. It was built in the 60s and converted in the 70s and was operated as a bed and breakfast. After it was closed and sold, we are now rebuilding it into holiday apartments.

Newly renovated holiday apartment in the center of Schiefling. The equipment highlights include the free private parking and the south-facing balcony with outdoor seating. The town center with shopping and inns is a few minutes' walk away. Lake Wörthersee and Velden are also only 10-15 minutes by car. Schiefling offers its own well-equipped beach but is also the starting point for excursions and hikes in Carinthia.

the summer

300 year old farm house, sympathetically renovated to a very high standard, situated in the grounds to the adjacent castle. Surrounded by outstanding beauty of the alps and the beautiful lake Ossiacher See close by. The views from the apartment are truly stunning, located at the foot of the Gerlitzen ski resort makes it great for the ski season as well as the summer months for mountain biking and trekking.

Dream view over the Drautal

Our lovingly renovated, 400 year old house is fantastically located, with a 180 degree view over the Drautal. This is where I grew up. Nowhere do we sleep as well as here. The apartment, about 70 m², is furnished to a high standard, spacious, under the roof and has a large balcony with panoramic views. Breakfast here is the dream. Or enjoy the sunset. Millstätter See by car: 12 minutes

New bungalow at privat beach (6-8 pers.)

Bed linen and kitchen towels and towels are provided. (Not to be used outdoors or for thermal baths). You must bring your own beach towels. Minimum bookable from 4 nights. Washing machine is not available in bungalows but there is a washing machine on request to be used for a fee. Due to several vandalisms, we are forced to ask for a deposit of € 250 on arrival.
