Sweet vacation home in romantic Pogöriach at the foot of the Karawanken, 20 minutes' walk from Lake Faak. Suitable for 4 people, especially for families. On the 2nd floor there is 1 bedroom and a nice living-dining area with balcony. On the first floor, there is a 2nd bedroom and the bathroom/toilet plus adjoining rooms. The large garden, including seating for guests, invites you to linger. A ping pong table and children's swing are provided. We live next door and are available at any time.

Kényelmes elhelyezést biztosít 5 fő részére, de 1-2 napra 6 ember részére pótágyazható. Karintia az 1000 tó vidéke, a közelben található a Wörthersee az Ossiacher see, Gerlitzen és a Turracher Höhe síparadicsom is. The Carinthian-style house is quietly located on a hill with a dream view over the lake (5 minutes away by car) and the surrounding mountains. It is ideal for a relaxing vacation with family or friends and extends over 3 floors (200 m² + terrace + garden). The living area with marble floor and wooden ceiling is located on the first floor; the kitchen is fully equipped. There are 5 large bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, heated with underfloor heating and solar air system.

Go on vacation in a beautifully renovated 120-year-old stone house. The house is at the end of a cul-de-sac and the 6000 square meter property borders on a fairytale forest with 3 sides. The house is centrally located in Carinthia and only about 3 kilometers from the Velden West highway exit and Lake Wöhrtersee. In the garden is a garden bungalow that can also be used. In the house there are 2 residential units, which each include a parking space.

3 Fantastic vacation home in prime location

Our 85 m² vacation home consists of a large living, kitchen and dining area on the first floor, as well as 2 double bedrooms, each with its own shower room on the second floor. Our vacation home was built in 2017. It is bright, spacious, cozy and equipped to a high standard. Each bedroom has its own bathroom - TV/satellite is available in each room. A washing machine and dryer are also available. Internet access via Wi-Fi is a matter of course.

The newly renovated cottage is about 55 square meters and has a beautiful bedroom with a comfortable box-spring bed (160 × 200 cm). In the combined living room/kitchen there is a cozy sofa bed, smart TV, dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen has all amenities: large fridge, dishwasher, ceramic stovetop, oven, normal coffee maker, kettle, etc. are available. On cold winter days, the fireplace creates a cozy atmosphere.

It's all possible We did not build an entire chalet village, just a single, extraordinary, beautiful & cozy chalet at 1150m above Arriach, with unobstructed views in 3 directions. A stylish sauna with a picturesque view completes our Unterkircher Chalet.

Vacation home including community garden & pool

We rent a unique 80 m² holiday home with two separate bedrooms for a total of 5 people, with a fully equipped kitchen, terrace, bathroom and living room. Shared use of our large garden & pool (not fenced, duty of supervision for children) is possible at any time. We have a great location near Italy/Slovenia, the city of Villach, many lakes, mountains and ski resorts. Dog available - pets on request.
