We had an unforgettable stay at this beautiful house during Christmas! The setting by the Radovna River was like something out of a holiday postcard, with serene views and a peaceful atmosphere. The house itself was warm (really, it was pre-heated right before our arrival), cozy, and equipped with everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. We decorated the house ourselves for Christmas, and it added such a personal touch to the already lovely space. Spending time by the fireplace and enjoying the cozy atmosphere made our holiday truly special. The kitchen was well-equipped, making it easy to prepare our Christmas meals. Slovenia Estates team (special thanks to Beverley and Helena) was incredibly thoughtful and responsive, ensuring we had everything we needed for a perfect stay. Celebrating Christmas here was a wonderful experience, and we highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a peaceful and cozy getaway. We’d love to return in the future!

Very clean and spacious with a vintage feel. Very quiet at all times. Had everything we needed and a friendly host. Felt very private with our own space away from the main property.

The wellness retreat was a real getaway in Slovenia! The place was spotless and surrounded by beautiful nature. The little town had a supermarket with everything you need. The house was beautiful and had a lot of facilities. We made good use of the big and well-equipped kitchen, indoors and outdoors. A BBQ and outdoor stone oven to make real summer meals! The saunas were a real addition to our holiday. Igor always replied really fast to our questions and text and was a very welcoming person.

Roman and Milena were very gracious and frendly hosts. They had special treats when we arrived and were very informative about the local hikes and restaurants. The location is just magical. So peaceful and beautiful! The cottage is well equipped and spotless! There are even slippers available for guest use! Very thoughtful. We hope to come back sometime for a longer stay. We were very satisfied with the beautiful fisherman's cottage. It was sparkling clean, beautiful and modern and exactly as in the pictures. Everything was available, the kitchen perfectly equipped. Breakfast on the terrace with the many birds chirping and under the parasol was always a dream. We gladly used Sabine's tips (especially the Annenhof for eating and hiking the great Tscheppaschlucht). It's close to shopping. Ingrid was very friendly as a contact person on site and was always ready to help. The area is a dream, we rode a lot of bikes (right by the house there is a perfect bike path), were swimming in the beautiful lakes or shopping in Klagenfurt. We will be happy to come back.

Hello, we felt very comfortable at Marion's. It is a beautiful and quiet area, ideal for relaxing. Marion is a very friendly and caring hostess. Upon our arrival, she provided us with fresh bread, cakes, cheese, etc. and various drinks were available. She had already provided fresh water, baskets and treats for our dog. There was also a large selection of cosmetics/care products for individual and everyday needs. Marion made sure that everything you need is available. We had a very nice time there. Thank you.

We had an amazing time in Ljubljana. Thank you very much for your hospitality. The location is great. You can enjoy house + garden and have breakfast outside, while being in walking distance to city centre.

Fantastic house in a beautiful place. We were sorry we couldn't stay there longer. Beautiful views and wonderful walks. Nice that you can also just walk to the village, supermarket, eat cake or eat at the hotel opposite. I had also booked a massage myself and that was wonderful. We will definitely come back to discover this interesting region further.

Marko’s communication and instructions and guides were the best we have received at any Air BnB we have stayed at all over the world. Accommodation was neat, clean, comfortable bed and hot shower. Great area to sit outside for breakfast and dinner. Easy walk to the Central Market. Handy shops down the road for food, and walkable distance to the Old Town. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Ljubljana.

Very nice contact with Karin with personal recommendations in rainy weather. Parking space for bicycles in the garage. The two of you have good space in this apartment. Parking right in front of the house is very convenient. Large sunny garden with seating in front of the entrance of the apartment. Furnishings partly new and partly according to the year of the house.

Tünde's apartment is quiet, clean, the kitchen is very well equipped, you quickly feel "at home." Tünde welcomes you with a smile. i recommend 100%.

We stayed at the place for a week, which is right on the lake, but still very quiet. We felt very comfortable and there was nothing lacking. Our hosts shared everything important with us and we found our way around the apartment very quickly. I'm sure we'll be back. All excursion destinations and also great restaurants are easily accessible by car in a few minutes.

This place was a dream. The view was gorgeous and so peaceful. The place was super cozy and so clean and beautiful. It had everything one could need including fluffy bathrobes! The hot tub was our favorite part. Easy to use and so relaxing. There were other people staying in the other apartment but we still felt like it was very private. Honestly felt like the East side apartment is the best one because of the views. If possible we would totally come here again.

We felt very comfortable in Elina's accommodation. We didn't meet her ourselves, but her dad welcomed us and showed us everything. The communication was great, the apartment is a good size and has everything you need for everyday life. If you can only sleep in the dark, you should bring an eye mask, as there are no shutters. It was great that we could use the bikes, which take you to Lake Faak in a few minutes.

We decided to visit Ljubljana at the last minute. Finding Milena’s place available was a treat. It is a very nice home in a fantastic location. Milena is a great communicator and host.

Matej's place is well located, at a good distance from the lake and close to the supermarkets and bus stop. The garden and balcony were in our opinion the best parts of the house - we used both quite a lot to have lunch and dinner while enjoying the bright sun and tranquility of Bled. Matej also provides several nice amenities, such as a TV with a lot of shows and channels, baby chair and a washing machine (charged extra), and is always available to help.

Miha’s place was the perfect location to celebrate my father in laws 70th birthday. The location is perfect- walkable to Lake Bled but so peaceful and quiet with beautiful Mountain Views. The hot tub was squeaky clean and was a lovely added bonus to the stay. Miha was a great host and allowed us to drop our bags earlier than check in which was great.

We loved our stay at Marusa’s beautiful home. The ideal location for travelling around the Slovenia. Quick drive to Bled, Lake Bohinj and the surrounding areas. 10 minute walk into the beautiful town of Radovljica. Marusa and her family were lovely hosts, very responsive to our messages and made us feel at home. Apartment was very clean and functional. Would recommend to anyone travelling around Slovenia.

We had a fantastic stay here, and would definitely recommend it to others! The location is so close to the Soca river, gorge, hikes, waterfalls and mountains.. our days were jam-packed with activities! Being so close to town and shops etc, driving in we thought the area would feel less peaceful. However, because the apartment looks out over lush green gardens toward the mountains, it was SO relaxing and the only sounds we heard from the balcony every evening were birds in the trees. Very special. The interior has been decorated with so much love and is incredibly stylish. We were extra impressed by the cleverly planned automatic sensor-lighting and sound-system - and you will be too if you stay here 😀 The bed was comfortable, kitchen fully equipped, and bathroom squeaky clean. Everything felt very modern and we felt the 'zen' through and through. Would absolutely stay here again, 10/10!

The outdoor area and garden were peaceful, quiet, and surrounded by beautiful views, making it the perfect place to relax. The location is ideal: just 10 minutes from Lake Bled, 20 minutes from Lake Bohinj, and 25 minutes from Triglav National Park. It’s a great base for exploring the natural beauty of the region. But what truly made our stay unforgettable was Marija. She was warm, welcoming, and made us feel completely at home. She went above and beyond—offering tips, personalized itineraries, and tons of local insight. Her kindness and hospitality made our trip so much better than we ever imagined. Highly, highly recommend this gem—we can’t wait to come back!
