Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Villach

We had an unforgettable stay at this beautiful house during Christmas! The setting by the Radovna River was like something out of a holiday postcard, with serene views and a peaceful atmosphere. The house itself was warm (really, it was pre-heated right before our arrival), cozy, and equipped with everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. We decorated the house ourselves for Christmas, and it added such a personal touch to the already lovely space. Spending time by the fireplace and enjoying the cozy atmosphere made our holiday truly special. The kitchen was well-equipped, making it easy to prepare our Christmas meals. Slovenia Estates team (special thanks to Beverley and Helena) was incredibly thoughtful and responsive, ensuring we had everything we needed for a perfect stay. Celebrating Christmas here was a wonderful experience, and we highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a peaceful and cozy getaway. We’d love to return in the future!

Wow wow wow! What an incredible stay with incredibly helpful, kind, friendly hosts. This was such a lovely “destination” stay, a way to experience rural Slovenian living and culture. It’s a bit of a drive from the city, but well worth it for the stay and experience. Thank you and hvala!

The wellness retreat was a real getaway in Slovenia! The place was spotless and surrounded by beautiful nature. The little town had a supermarket with everything you need. The house was beautiful and had a lot of facilities. We made good use of the big and well-equipped kitchen, indoors and outdoors. A BBQ and outdoor stone oven to make real summer meals! The saunas were a real addition to our holiday. Igor always replied really fast to our questions and text and was a very welcoming person.

Hello, we felt very comfortable at Marion's. It is a beautiful and quiet area, ideal for relaxing. Marion is a very friendly and caring hostess. Upon our arrival, she provided us with fresh bread, cakes, cheese, etc. and various drinks were available. She had already provided fresh water, baskets and treats for our dog. There was also a large selection of cosmetics/care products for individual and everyday needs. Marion made sure that everything you need is available. We had a very nice time there. Thank you.

Very cozy house in a beautiful village! Everything super clean and in order. Jernej is extremely friendly and helpful, his tips were very helpful. Check-in and check-out were straightforward and pleasant. Clear recommendation!

Romina was super helpful and always very responsive. The place is small but has everything you need and it’s close to many beautiful places you can reach in half an hour driving

Maria and Michael are very friendly hosts. We felt very comfortable in the exceptional tiny house with pellet stove. We also had fun playing darts in the garden house and at the recommended excursion destinations.

We've been there for the 2nd time and will be back for sure. Great house . We were there with our kids. Each bedroom has en-suite bathrooms . The kitchen is well equipped and everything is picobello clean . Perfect place for a relaxed getaway.

We stayed for 3 nights at Eva's quaint Riverside Airbnb. It was clean, comfortable and beautifully furnished. Careful thought with attention to detail is how I would describe Eva's lovely home. The location was perfect, walkable to everything you might need. Eva was responsive to any queries we had. If we ever do return to Ljubljana we would love to book Eva's accomodation again. Quiet respite from a busy city. Fantastic location - almost hard to believe everything so close at hand. Kind and responsive hosts. Two toilets and two very nice showers!! Great a/c cools down quick on hot days

Beautiful quiet place to take walks in the area. But you can also be in Bled or the Vintgar gorge in twenty minutes. Restaurant and supermarket are at the end of the street. Miha responds quickly and clearly and is a pleasant host.

Super equipped apartment with many small things from towels and hair dryer to fresh sponge and detergent, dish towels, even children's books and games, everything was available. Clean and cozy, very friendly hostess - we will be happy to come back!

An absolute gem of a place in beautiful surroundings and close to lots of great places to visit. Would recommend to anyone. Katja was so helpful with suggestions of places to visit and parking spots. The loan of the paddleboard was a great extra and we loved using it on Bohinj lake.

We had a few great days at Igor's. We have never had such a perfectly equipped apartment, nothing was missing. The view of the mountains is a true dream. The apartment is beautiful, great location for hiking and climbing. Igor was always directly available for questions and gave us great tips. We felt super comfortable and will definitely come back!

We had a very pleasant stay: perfect weather, great skiing and last but not least a very nice and comforatable accomodation.

Perfect for many guests with pets (dog). Own house and gazebo, very nice in nice weather. Charging electric car with wallbox is very easy and payable directly to the landlord. In the middle of nature, very quiet and very nice view of the valley, the mountains, the Cathedral and St. Johann. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need.

The best place for long stay. Everything was clean, nice, house was very comfy. Nikolas is very friendly and helpful, communication was always fast and without problem. I can only recommend.

A great house for a group of friends but would be great for families too as there is a twin room off one of the double bedrooms. Walkable from beautiful Lake Bled and all it has to offer. A lovely house and recently renovated. Responsive hosts and made some good local recommendations.

Big house with beuatiful garden and a creek for kids to place. We stayed there 2 days, enough place for 2 families. Very peacefull surroundings. I would recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful villa. The views were absolutely stunning, and the whole area was incredibly quiet and peaceful. The house is very modern, clean, and thoughtfully equipped - from the bathrobes to the kitchen utensils, every detail was considered.
