Beachfront holiday rental in Villa Serena

katia and luca were fantastic .They made contact prior to our arrival and due to the public transport strike picked us up from the coach depot and personally drove us to their apartment. Their apartment was spotless and they also supplied us with some breakfast essentials and water upon arrival. Luca gave us a quick tour of the town and pointed out a few eateries that we tried and agreed with his suggestions. Apartment was perfect for our family of 5, only regret was our stay was too short.

Pros: -Amazing location (that's what you're paying so much for) -Tons of restaurants and shopping nearby -Clean/Smells clean, too, which is important -Quiet area -Responsive and nice host -Big living area Cons: -Some aspects could be updated, including the shower head and windows, but these aspects didn't ruin our stay. -Bedrooms and beds are quite small, but the beds and pillows are comfortable. -Laundry machine is very old but still works

We stayed at Mrs. Maria's apartment for 4 days, we had a really very good time, very friendly and helpful staff. We also had an inconvenience with the car that was removed from the parking lot where we had left it and the owner immediately gave herself to take us with her car to take her car to the deposit that was several kilometers away from the property. We thank the owner and all her staff so much and surely if we return to Riccione we will still stay here! Highly recommended!!!!

Christina and her husband David are hosts with heart and soul! Starting with the personal, warm welcome, to the many little touches and the countless extras such as bikes, paddle boards, board games, grill, pizza oven, etc. The house is personal and very tastefully furnished, so we immediately felt comfortable. The kitchen is cute and small yet so fully equipped that you could easily cook an 8-course menu. And then the location right on the water. A wonderful place to really relax or be active. Thank you for this wonderful time with you!

We stayed at Angela's apartment with five people and had a fantastic time. The apartment was beautiful, clean, and much larger than expected. The location is perfect with convenient parking and close proximity to the beach. Angela was a good host, always reachable and full of helpful tips. We would definitely recommend this apartment!

The house is in a great location to walk to the beach less than 10 minutes, supermarkets and restaurants within walking distance... the welcome of Alfonso and Lavinia super nice and kind in everything. Highly recommended!!!

We arrived with 3 men on 09/05/24 for the MotoGP. The key handover was easy, Marcella showed us the apartment and explained everything. Everything a person needs was available in good condition. The balcony overlooks the beach and sea. Restaurants and supermarket are within walking distance. The racetrack is 2 km away. On 09/10/24 we left, key on the table and done.

Stayed in one of his apartments for 3 nights. Very kind in answering all my questions and always available. Clean apartment, very comfortable for everything (beach, pedestrian area and supermarket) and with everything you need. I would highly recommend it!

I stayed on the weekend of August with 3 friends and, overall, it was a great experience. The photos unfortunately do not do justice to the apartment which is very nice and equipped with all the essential comforts. It is designed to welcome a couple but for those like us who adapt to alternative solutions, it is also great for 3 and 4 people. Mrs. Anna has been very kind since booking, always available and solar. The best value of this apartment is, however, the location: literally 2 steps from everything (beach, Viale Ceccharini, station). I highly recommend it to groups of friends or couples.

Amazing view from the balcony; its location is the main attraction of this place. You are on the beachfront and also close to restaurants and bars. The staff is also very nice and friendly. The room was all completely new.

What a beautiful apartment by the sea, I loved sitting on the patio and looking out at the ocean. The apartment was well equipped and had everything needed to make a meal. The bed was extremely comfortable and having parking was a huge plus. Would highly recommend this apartment and this host. He was extremely friendly and available to respond to any questions.

Beautiful apartment, new, furnished and finished impeccably, in an elegant building on the 6th floor, with reserved parking space and bikes available. Very clean and equipped with everything you need. Practically on the beach and 5 minutes from the Misano World Circuit (reason for our stay) which, if you want, you could also reach by bike or on foot. Roberto responds immediately to any message and provides very useful tutorials for using appliances and spaces in the house. He also suggested top shops and restaurants nearby. A plus is the lady who takes care of the reception, she too is very kind and helpful. Also suitable for people with limited mobility because the building has a ramp at the entrance and two lifts. Super recommended host and location!

We came back for the second year in a row with my wife and our 2-year-old. For us it is an ideal solution as the apartment is equipped with everything you need, located in a quiet residential area and close to the beach. Laura is always available if needed.

Ortensia's Airbnb is ideal for anyone looking to visit Rimini. It is close to a lot of restaurants and extremely close to the beach. Its basically on the beach. Ortensia was very helpful if I had any questions and was willing to stop by when I couldn't find something that I missed, though someone else probably would have been able to find it. The unit is a good size for 2 people even though I was there solo. The bed was comfortable and the aircon worked great. The unit is in a private gated area which made me feel safe, though Rimini itself is very safe and I never felt uncomfortable.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this lovely apartment. The location is truly excellent, just a few steps away from the sea with a charming Gelateria and restaurant conveniently situated next door. The apartment itself is perfect for accommodating 4 people comfortably. The host went above and beyond by providing new bed linens and towels, making us feel both welcome and well taken care of during our stay. Furthermore, the apartment is fully equipped with everything one might need for a comfortable stay. Overall, I highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation by the sea.

We had a wonderful stay. Silvia was very responsive, and she even brought us pizza upon our late arrival! The grounds are gorgeous and the views were incredible. The villa itself was spacious, clean, and exactly as described in the listing. Highly recommended.

Very nice apartment, equipped terrace and very appreciated air conditioning. Great location, close to a small but well-stocked supermarket (certainly the prices are not those of the supercoop located 10 minutes by car from the apartment) and reserved parking included. The equipment of dishes, etc. is sufficient, too bad for the absence of towels and sheets and the lack of a second shower with two bathrooms (very useful in 6!!). Alessandro was very helpful and also provided us with the quote for the umbrella at the nearest plant. Recommended with eyes closed.
