Excellent everything.Hebe a great host, very friendly and always predisposed. The house is very well located, easily accessible. It is not necessary to use the car during the stay to access the purchase of provisions. The house is very tastefully decorated, it has a gallery with grill and a very well-kept garden. 28 beautiful days we spent with my partner and daughter in Sigi's house. The neighborhood is really calm. Easily accessible. Very close to main entrances (Panamericana). Very friendly security people. The house is as seen in the photos. All splendor. As she has small children and I went with my little daughter they left us hundreds of toys. I didn't need to take her anything. He played all the time and was happy. The pool is a spectacle. Gigante. The park is very large and with games for boys as it says in the description (trampoline, slide, hammock and wooden house). My happy baby. The rooms are very comfortable and everything is very clean. I was offered to go the sinkhole, the gardener and a person to clean once a week. Excellent. They always available by wa for whatever we need. Very quiet the neighbors, I didn't hear them. The kitchen is very complete, comfortable to cook. I would definitely come back and recommend it.

I recommend Michay's place. The house is very nice, as shown in the pictures. It's in a safe and very quiet environment. I emphasize Michay's kindness at all times, he always responded to us very quickly and he solved some issues that arose during the stay.

We went with a group of friends and the place was ideal for having recreation space on the patio taking advantage of the beautiful days that touched us and at the same time comfortable for those who wanted to rest. The photos really reflect the comforts of the house and the surroundings are super quiet with lots of options both for enjoying daytime walks and going out at night.

The house is spacious, cozy, beautiful, with a carefully designed park and a suitable pool. Much higher than the neighborhood level. One drawback is the lack of a comfortable grill. The host is very friendly, she adapted a bedroom to my family's needs by adding a bed and she let me know when the gardener and pool man were coming in. She also left a clothesline and a lounger at my request. Absolutely recommended for accommodation with quick access from Panamericana and shopping areas in the neighborhood

The place is just as shown in the pictures. Beautifully decorated, perfectly clean and bright. The location is very convenient since it's close to public trasport and walking distance to many restaurants, bookstores, bars, cafes, parks and museums. I am from Argentina, my husband from The Netherlands and we come visit often. Now that we've found Eugenia's place we are definitely considering making it our regular airbnb choice. Thank you!!

Lucia and her team responded immediately, even though we had to make a last-minute reservation on a Sunday almost at night. The team's efficiency was very helpful. The depto is full of light and terraces. It's spacious and well separated environments by long hallways. We love the area with great restaurants around: Amano, Los Burladores and Roux (with a Michelin star). There are everything around including laundry less than two blocks away. Very happy with this apartment.

The apartment is great and the location is perfect. It is close to all the restaurants and bars in the neighborhood, but it is still quiet and peaceful at night. This is the second time we have stayed there and we could see that Sebastian really makes renovations over time to offer more comfort and a good experience to guests. We really liked it and felt at home, as always.

Very clean and tidy, very comfortable and the balcony is beautiful. In addition you have everything you need, super equipped!

The apartment is very comfortable, everything worked correctly, mainly the internet service, the terrace is spectacular by the view and to hang out on a sunny afternoon and a great plus is to have the garage inside the building with security staff. In the vicinity of the building there are supermarkets, bakeries, cafes, bus stops and some places of interest such as the park of the faculty of agronomy and the house of Julio Cortázar. I would recommend leaving some spare waste bag as well as some additional roll of paper for the bathroom, it is a very good place to stay in Capital Federal.

Second time staying at Cynthia's Studio. Once again everything was spotless. Just view the photos and read the listing. Everything exactly matches what's listed. Highlight for the friendliness of the building's gatekeepers. All of them very kind and helpful. By I recommend the place with praise.

We had a great stay at Yanina's place. we are a family of 5, and the apartment was big enough for all of us. With a very comfortable kitchen and living room, excellent location and WiFi. ( plus the luxury of a balcony) Every morning, we could see Buenos Aires waking up, with its buzzling noise and it's vibrancy. Yanina's place was an actual gem, and we hope it will be available on our next visit (probably next year), as I don't want to stay anywhere else.
