Ascend the floating spiral staircase to the exposed-brick mezzanine bedroom where the king bed can be set up as 2 twin beds when specified. Come morning, the double height ceilings and fine arched windows ensure a long-lasting embrace from the sun, while the New York-style bathroom tiling is equally welcoming. * Please be aware, that my Loft can accommodate up to 4 guests, but 2 would be using floor mattresses. As a welcome gift, I am including a few coffee pods, sugar / sweetener and a bottled water. With its double height windows, our loft is bathed in morning sunlight and very lumunious throughout the day. Based on our love for cooking, despite the kitchen's size which is compact, we made sure it is very complete with a gas oven, microwave, fridge, plates and cutlery for you to enjoy a glass of a good Malbec and a homemade meal after a day discovering this fabulous city. (you are 2 squares away from "Mercado de San Telmo" with plenty of fresh produce) The mezzanine bedroom, reached by a spiral staircase, has 2 twin size beds that can be converted easily into a king size bed , and 2 extra mattresses for 2 more guests. The bathroom has been fully remodeled with New York style tiles, shower/tub, and an separate wash basin. You will have access to the whole Loft Though we live about 1 hour out of town, we are always available and very happy to advise and help you in any way for a really enjoyable stay. San Telmo is the oldest and most traditional quarter of Buenos Aires, retaining its architectural heritage and cobbled streets. Nowadays, the area is also well known for its bars, restaurants, weekend street fair, and many antiques galleries. We highly recommend walking around the neighborhood, so as to enjoy the 19th century constructions and their very precious details. For larger distances, you can choose from buses, subway and taxis. As additional info, you are also in walking distance to Puerto Madero with all its restaurants and nightlife and to Colonia Express for day cruises to Colonia del Uruguay, which by the way, we highly reccomend.

Charming, rustic, very bright 19th C studio, restored with original doors and windows. The studio is totally independent with a private entrance with a covered parking space. We have a double bed and an original 19th-century Victorian bed for extra guests, a powerful ceiling fan and Air Condistioning, for use if the temperature soars. An unforgettable experience for our group of friends. We are several families and coordinate to stay some and spend the day others. We felt very comfortable, the house is equipped for everything you need. We were able to cook, order supermarket shipments, enjoyed the pool, board games, roasted and celebrated a birthday during our stay. The rooms were super comfortable and clean. On hot days, the corridor air-conditioning allowed us not to get hot (just keeping the doors open for a while). During the cool nights, we had in all the rooms heating and blankets to warm ourselves excellently. Last but not least, the constant presence and collaboration of Charly, who answered us all the questions as they arose and drove us twice. We feel accompanied and safe at all times.

Amazing property! The location was fantastic with a great view towards the estate’s green and pond. The flat was spacious, tastefuly decorated and absolutely pristine. The bedrooms were also very spacious and the beds super comfortable. Only small issue was that the wifi was not available so we had to use our data to watch via the smart tv. Bahiana was lovely when we contacted her and explained there was an issue with the network provider and she requested service, so really not her fault at all. We still enjoyed our night there and would definitely come back. Thank you!

The house is beautiful, as shown in the pictures. It is located in the middle of nature, next to the river, which gives it a very cozy frame. The very full kitchen, the living room and the dining room with an intimate atmosphere. All environments with huge windows to be able to appreciate the landscape. Luciana is a hostess awaiting every inquiry, immediately answering any questions. We would definitely go back.
