Jodi's place was great! We got to check in early and the views were amaing! Our toddler loved the loft bedroom! Would stay again!

I've seen this property for years as I came to soak in the hot springs across the road. I was very excited when it showed up on Air BnB and for a reasonable price. 2 passes to Joyful Journey are included which made it even more enticing. I need a very quiet place due to old injuries to my ears and this home is silent inside. I was pleasantly surprised since it is close to a noisy main road. I will definitely stay here as long as it it is available when I need to soak in the incredible hot springs across the road. It is extremely beautiful in the valley. You are literally surrounded by some of the tallest Rocky Mountain peaks. There are also plenty of day trips around this area. The Great Sand Dunes are my favorite.

AMAZING VIEWS! The sunrises and sunsets were just amazing at Stephanie's place in Salida.... I've stayed at many "one-person" AirBNB setups, this was as good as it gets! Just a really nice little place, but enough space to set up my computer, have my little kitchen nook, and then the porch outside is INCREDIBLE, huge amount of space, was able to do yoga out there and enjoy the great views and mountain air! It's also walkable to anywhere... I enjoyed walking down to the "duck pond" (Sands) by the Arkansas river, another beautiful place to be anytime of day, but particularly at sunrise/sunset, and while Salida is small, there are some great shops downtown to explore! All in all highly recommend and hope to stay again... Stephanie is a very responsive host, and actually replaced the coffee table on the deck while I was there with a newer version, which was a great sign as to how she keeps the place up to date! 10 stars out of 5!

This was such a wonderful stay! Perfect for a weekend get away!
