E' un attico al 3° piano senza ascensore.

La Canocchia is a fishermen's cottage overlooking the harbour. Renovated with respect for its history, but equipped with all comforts, including a washer-dryer, induction hob, hot/cold heat pumps, and a dishwasher. Close to the equipped beach, downtown and all essential amenities. Ideal for two guests, it can accommodate a third adult on the bed/sofa on the ground floor. The bathroom and double bedroom are on the first floor. (Tourist tax 2 euro/pers/day to be paid on site).

There is free public parking in front of the house and in all the surrounding streets.
