Its panoramic position overlooks the valley and offers views of the historic Fortezza delle Verrucole, one of the most iconic landmarks of the area. The house unfolds across spacious interiors and multiple levels, balancing social living areas with more private corners. The setting is quiet and surrounded by nature, with a large outdoor space ideal for moments of pure relaxation.

The house is located in an area of Tuscany called 'GARFAGNANA' (CHIOZZA - Castiglione G.na), located at 800 mt. The last 6 km are of good mountain road but uphill and with curves. It is a recently restored stone farmhouse with a heated pool that can also be used in spring and autumn and a hot tub up to 36 degrees. The house is structured on 3 levels, ideal for family vacations and relaxing days. It is facing SOUTH and you can enjoy a wonderful view of the picturesque mountains the Apuan Alps.-

An ancient deconsecrated church dating back to the early 1900s, originally built as a private chapel of Villa Philipson. Chiesino Dei Vaioni has a loft structure with two double bedrooms on two separate mezzanines. Outside, there is a kitchen with a wood-burning oven, private gardens with a tree-lined avenue and an olive grove. The gates and internal stairs were built by the Antica Fonderia Michelucci. Chiesino Dei Vaioni is immersed in the Tuscan countryside just minutes from the city.
