Gioviano is a small quiet medieval village 25 kms from the walled city of Lucca in the Garfagnana. The house is peacful and in the heart of this beautiful Tuscan village, if you want to explore the region this is a perfect retreat for a weekend or longer. We are 50 minutes from Pisa airport on the SS12 route. The location is perfect for summer or winter. In summer you can reach the sea, in winter ski in the hills. All year round you can explore the region by foot, bicycle, motorcycle or car.

The residence of the Codirosso B&B: timeless soul-Tuscany

“La dimora del Codirosso” is my historic family home in which I rent a part to those who travel or seek rest, rediscovering the atmosphere of the past. The house is hidden in a small medieval village in the Norther Tuscany, Brucciano, among the tranquility of the woods and mountains of Garfagnana's area. On request I’ll be happy to prepare for you a delicious Italian breakfast or other meals but, remember, these service are not included in the price and not available on Sunday.

I offer a quiet solution in a central location with respect to the main attractions of Garfagnana, Lucchesia and Versilia. Starting point for excursions and a base for relaxation, it is about 1 km from the train station. Quiet and with a wonderful view. The Guest House is on a private property with parking and a large garden. A crib and other accessories for children and infants are available upon request. Located in a small village with amenities and shops.

Casa-Le Macine

Le Macine is an old renovated windmill located inside a fish farm at Villa Collemandina on the banks of the Corfino River, a secluded place immersed in nature, ideal for those who love tranquility and peace. The independent house of about 80 square meters consists of a large living room with sofa and TV, 2 bedrooms and TV, 2 bedrooms and bathroom with tub. Outside we find numerous open spaces, barbecue area,veranda with coffee table and wood-burning oven.

A holiday of tranquility immersed in the green of the Garfagnana, in the splendid setting of the Tuscan Apennines. The apartment, of ancient construction has been recently refurbished trying to keep the feelings of the past mixing tradition with design. It is located in the ancient village of Sambuca, a village perched around the Church of San Pantaleone, built on black cliffs overhanging the river Serchio. You can relax and recharge your energy.

The Fox's Lair

The house is a rustic stone and wood building in the Apuan Alps park, an ideal place for those who want to hike in the woods and explore the attractions of Versilia and Tuscany, between the sea and the mountains. The house consists of a full kitchen with gas stove, wi-fi, sofa bed and for heating for the winter season it has a wood stove and preset heat pumps, a bedroom with full bathroom with shower, a wooden mezzanine with a single bed.

The medieval village of Castiglione, one of the most beautiful in Italy, is a 10-minutes walk.

The house is located in the small medieval village of Perpoli, on top of a sunny and panoramic hill. The place enjoys a wonderful view of the Serchio Valley, the Apuan Alps, and the Apennines. There is a 4000 mq garden with a swimming pool. A perfect place to relax but also to do numerous activities such as trekking, canyoning and MTB.
