Family-friendly holiday rentals in Vilassar de Mar

Dave and Monica are superb hosts, with a beautiful and immaculate villa that has all you could possibly need. Monica’s communications were excellent and she was extremely helpful in providing any information we needed and even went to the supermarket for us as we were arriving late. We had a late arrival due to passport control and hire car collection, however, we all kept in contact and they were there late to show us around the villa. We had an excellent time so thank you both.

My family and I loved this place! The neighborhood is in a great location with easy access to the metro, bus stops, and Taxis. However, it is also very walkable to get to the beach, gothic quarter, Parc de la Ciutadella, and many other places! The inside of the apartment was very cozy and we really enjoyed having the balcony to sip our morning coffees. The hosts, especially Cristina, were extremely helpful, she greeted us the our first day and left us a bottle of wine in the fridge. We highly recommend this place to anyone that is open to exploring the city of Barcelona😊

The host was very friendly and gave us great suggestions on what to see and where to eat. The apartment was exactly as shown in the pictures and very clean. The location is excellent, although it can get a little noisy at night.

We loved the neighbourhood of the duplex – tasty bakeries, cafés, eateries, and groceries are round the corner and Sant Boi train station only a few minutes away by walk, yet it’s nice & quiet inside. We went to the major tourist attractions downtown by public transportation (~half an hour one way) and to the airport directly by bus L77 (~20 min). Spacious, cozy, accessible and with the basic amenities we needed, this duplex was perfect for our group of six. Raquel was responsive and very easy to communicate with. Will book it again if we come back to visit Barcelona.

We had an incredible stay at this Airbnb—perfect for a family vacation. Check-in was smooth, and Ruslana, who greeted us, was wonderful. She explained everything clearly, answered all our questions, and was always quick to help with anything we needed. The location was fantastic—quiet, safe, and ideal for families with kids. Just a few minutes’ drive to beautiful Tossa de Mar, it offered both tranquility and convenience. The house itself was spacious, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed. The heated pool was spotless and a huge hit with the kids. Ruslana’s attentiveness made everything even better—her quick responses and warm hospitality were outstanding. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to spend our holiday. If I could give this place ten stars, I would. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful, comfortable, and memorable family getaway.

We had a great time here! Paco was so warm and welcoming, making our arrival a joy. The apartment is very spacious, clean and smart, with a lovely balcony perfect for an al fresco breakfast. The area is great as well - peaceful, well served by supermarkets and bakeries, 5 min walk from the beach and easy to get into the city proper via public transport or a 20-30 min stroll. Would highly recommend, and will definitely stay again next time I’m in town!

we had a great time staying at laia's place. it was very clean and well-decorated, and we really enjoyed the balcony and jacuzzi bathtub after long days of walking around. the neighborhood is central and felt quite safe. laia was very responsive and even let us check in early to drop off our bags. overall i would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting barcelona!

Highly recommend the place! Great location, walkable distance from city center. Amazing house with terraces and fully equipped kitchen. Very easy to access and could leave luggage before and after checking in and out, which was very helpful. Thank you!

We truely got the best experience of Barcelona for our first time, Melissa's home was perfect! Beautiful apartment, immaculate & had everything we needed for our weeks stay. Balcony was brilliant for sitting with coffee in the morning or a wine at night. Sun hits you first thing in the morning which is a treat. Bed was very comfortable. I'm a light sleeper & was a little anxious about the noise with it being so close to a busy junction. Found that so long as you close the shutters & doors there was no issue at all :) Location was fantastic, great neighbour hood & very safe/friendly vibes. We walked every other night to the Sagrada after dinner. Really is something else at night. Casa Batlló walkable. We got the metro a lot, which is right round the corner from the apartment, super quick & easy. Bristol for coffee, casa Cheli for tapas and la Cava Cakery - all yummy & close to the apartment. Will be recommending to friends & family, would love to come back, thank you for having us.

What a beautiful place—full of history and so much to do. Laia and her family were incredibly attentive, and I absolutely loved the concept. The rooms were comfortable and just right. My family and I really enjoyed the surroundings as well. The only downside (and not about the place itself!) is that we wished we could have stayed longer. We’ll definitely be coming back. Honestly, this is one of the best places I’ve ever been—and I grew up not far from Santa Eulalia :)

Everything has been spotless, from arrival to departure. They adapted to our needs, the house is beautiful and super cared for, all the details. You can tell they care a lot because the guests are at home...or better!!! The environment is very quiet and beautiful, there are walks from the house easy and with a lot of charm. The village is 4 minutes drive. You can't wait to be back.

This AirBNB was easy to access from the Metro and had many eating options close by. It was a quaint apartment to comfortably fit our family and have personal space. Love the terraces and architecture of the building. Great AC and hot water. Suoermarkets close for forgotten items or snacks.

Wonderful week in Barcelona, less than 10 minute from the metro, easily walkable to poblé-nou, Montjuïc and the national Catalan art museum. Beautiful and comfortable apartment, very well equipped

Oliver was an excellent host. Upon our arrival, there was some issues with the keys in the lockbox but Oliver was quick to respond to the dilemma. The apartment is even more beautiful in person, wonderful walking neighborhood, close to Metro and we highly recommend to other guests.

We had a great stay at the property! The apartment was very clean and well maintained, so we felt comfortable from the beginning. We were particularly enthusiastic about the magnificent view from the terrace – simply fantastic! Also the location was ideal: the beach was within walking distance which was a big plus for us. If you are planning a day trip to Barcelona, you can easily reach the city by a direct train – uncomplicated and fast. Check in and out was absolutely smooth, which made the stay additional enjoyable. Overall, we were completely satisfied and would recommend the place at any time!

We spent a weekend with friends in spectacular scenery. The farmhouse is beautiful, very cozy, has more amenities than you could ever imagine: comfortable beds, all the rooms have a bathroom, the kitchen has all the necessary utensils, wifi, garden area with barbecue, hammocks, pingpong, games, pool... we enjoyed the company of 2 kittens, 2 dogs, goats...all a love and the hosts are super friendly and attentive to detail. The road to get there is not recommended for very low cars, but a normal car accesses without a problem. A thousand thanks Pilar and Mercé, we will be back for sure!!

We stayed at Victor & Paula's home recently whilst visiting Barcelona for our daughter's wedding. We could not have been more delighted with this amazing house. It is beautifully furnished, spacious, spotlessly clean in all areas and very comfortable. It is superbly equipped with everything a family could need for a wonderful stay. In addition to the fantastic kitchen, there is even a laundry room and a gym/play room in the basement. We absolutely loved the swimming pool, garden and terrace which was lovely for eating outside. The house is in a quiet, residential area, but the nearest underground station is only about a 7 minute walk, allowing easy access to all of Barcelona's attractions. The buses also run frequently from the end of the road. There is an excellent supermarket within a couple of minutes walk with everything you could need as well as some cafes within walking distance. Victor, Paula and Carla were kind and helpful hosts and were always quick to reply. Amazing

The property is beautiful, spacious, and surrounded by nature. The atmosphere is peaceful and the hosts are incredibly generous, attentive, and always ready to help with anything you need. Their warm hospitality made our stay even more special. From the house, there is direct access to a marked trail that leads into a stunning forest with several hiking options, including a path that climbs the mountain and reaches breathtaking viewpoints. The shared outdoor areas are large, diverse, and well-maintained. There are swings and a small playground for children, a lovely pool, a very spacious garden, and plenty of different seating areas to relax and enjoy the surroundings. The nearest village is about a 7-minute walk away. It has only one small shop with very basic supplies, and one restaurant that is not open every day. We highly recommend bringing your own food and ingredients and enjoying cooking at the house. We had a wonderful experience and highly recommend this place to anyone l

The view from the villa was truly amazing. Really well equipped villa for a larger group as well, but do note that the fourth bedroom is actually the living room. Luckily that room was really big so the extra beds fit there well. Sylvia was a great host and offered help and flexibility when we needed it.

We had a great stay at Juan's, the accommodation was spacious and very convenient. Located 10 minutes from the metro, it is ideally placed to reach the tourist and emblematic places of Barcelona. We recommend it with great pleasure!

We had a great weekend at Mercedes. Mercedes is a very pleasant person, smiling, always available to chat and help. More than a host, it's like she's family. she gives good advice on visits and other things. Its accommodation is very well equipped, very functional and the pool a big plus after days of sightseeing in the heat! Barcelona is 30 mins by train and it takes 20 mins to walk to the train station. There are buses to pass 50 m from his house but not often, especially on weekends. We ate in 1 great restaurant, La Ponderosa, a 10-minute walk away, where the paella and tapas are excellent and cheap! To sum up, I highly recommend Mercedes' accommodation, which is quiet and far from the hustle and bustle of Barcelona, for relaxing evenings and restful nights. We will come back without hesitation. Very nice villa, with a very nice view! Interior in accordance with the photos, nothing to complain about Miguel kindly helped us after suffering a slow puncture... I would recommend it!
