The wooden house is located in a quiet residential area not far from Aachen. The forest, with the local recreation area Wurmtal, begins one street further. The guest house is only 10 minutes by car from the Soers (CHIO). Aachen city center can also be easily reached by bus. During Christmas season there is one of the most beautiful Christmas markets in Germany and in summer great open-air concerts just above the border (Netherlands). Breakfast is available on request for an additional charge.

De studio heeft hoge muren van 3,40 meter. wat karakteristiek is voor dit pand. In de zomer blijft het dan ook lekker koel. De studio is met hoogwaardige materialen afgewerkt. In addition, 1 sleeping loft (140 × 200) and 1 very comfortable sofa bed (130 × 200) as well as a large sofa bed (150 × 200) and the double bed (160 × 200) in the garden room. In addition, a modern kitchen, a chic bathroom with windows and a furnished terrace. Private items are kept to a minimum. 5 min walk to Eurogress or Tivoli, 15 min to town hall/cathedral.

The vacation home "Bellerose" in the "Maison de Greunebennet" extends over two floors. Downstairs is a spacious living area with a fully equipped open kitchen with a counter. The natural stone floor is equipped with underfloor heating. Upstairs are two bedrooms and a shower room. One bedroom is equipped with a double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m) and one bedroom with two single beds (0.90 x 2.00 m), which can also be put together.

It's easy to get to the city by car (15-20 minutes), turning to the other direction it’s a short way to Eifel, Hohes Venn and Monschau. Check-in from 3.00 p.m. Check-out by 12.00 noon (Early Check-in and late check-out may be possible by appointment, depending on connecting bookings.)

This townhouse is part of the living area of our farm (dairy farm), and is located on a cul-de-sac with beautiful views of the surrounding meadows and the unique 5* hilly landscape. The living area of the house is upstairs, located under the roof on the 3rd floor. (living room, kitchen and bathroom with bath). This gives you unobstructed views of the meadows and the beautiful Limburg countryside.

The apartment is on the second floor of an old limestone building, around 350 years old. You sleep right under the roof in a cosy little bedroom or on a convertible sofa. The Dutch and German border are both about 8 km away.
