Mooie fiets en wandel routes in Heuvelland en Geuldal. Rustig centraal gelegen. Fietsen kunnen in garage, auto op de oprit. Ik heb 2 katten. Prima restaurants in de buurt en de bakker en Spar dichtbij. Geen echte keuken, wel buffet om ontbijt en eenvoudige maaltijd te maken. Derde persoon betaalt 20 euro extra per nacht.

The studio has high walls of 3.40 meters, which is characteristic of this property. In the summer, it stays nice and cool. The studio is finished with high-quality materials. From the terrace, you have a view over the vast meadows and the trench.

The apartment is located on the 1st floor and is accessible via an external staircase. There is also a small terrace that can be used. The interior walls are plastered with clay plaster, the floor is laid with plank boards. The apartment is located in a quiet side street. Public transport (bus and train) is very close. A regular connection to Aachen, Herzogenrath or the Netherlands can be reached in a 10-15 minute walk.

This semi-detached house is part of the living area of our farm (dairy farm), and is located on a cul-de-sac with beautiful views of the surrounding meadows and the unique 5* hilly landscape. The living area of the house is upstairs, located under the roof on the 3rd floor. (living room, kitchen and bathroom with bath). This gives you an unobstructed view over the meadows and the beautiful Limburg countryside.

In our house (10 km from the city centre) you will find a separate one-room-apartment with own kitchenette and bathroom. It's easy to get to the city by car (15-20 minutes), turning to the other direction it’s a short way to Eifel, Hohes Venn and Monschau. Check-in from 3.00 p.m. Check-out by 12.00 noon (Early Check-in and late check-out may be possible by appointment, depending on connecting bookings.)

The apartment is on the second floor of an old limestone building, around 350 years old. You sleep right under the roof in a cosy little bedroom or on a convertible sofa. The Dutch and German border are both about 8 km away.
