We had a great stay, just like last year. We didn't miss anything, the apartment is very well equipped and quiet. The bedding is excellent (especially after long bike rides). We sincerely recommend it and will be happy to come back.

A very nice break in this cozy little nest. Everything was calm and serenity and the Ocean at our feet . Listing matches the photos and Sandrine super responsive There was absolutely nothing missing because even the sun was there Bicycle paths around the corner We'll be happy to go back.

Very clean and pleasant apartment, with all the necessities, having towels and sheets is an undeniable plus. The residence is well maintained, the staff friendly and daily activities offered. Excellent stay in Véronique's apartment. Everything is easy to access on foot, by bike (beach, port, city centre). The private parking space is a real "plus". The accommodation is very functional and clean. I recommend it 💯

Very warm welcome from Hélène in a peaceful, very clean and very functional accommodation. Small peaceful terrace on a quiet garden in a very pleasant setting. Ideally located in Capbreton, 5 minutes by bike from the centre and all amenities. Our pets are welcome and it's a real plus. I recommend ++++ Thanks for this beautiful stay at your place.

Very well located accommodation towards the south beach, we left the car in the garage throughout the stay surf bikes and bakery just downstairs from the building ideal for 2 people very nice hospitality.

Fabien's place is very cozy , the room is a little small but good it's just for sleeping, very well located quietly in nature at the foot of the golf course ,with its small pleasant terrace from where we can hear the sea in the distance. Close to Lac Marin and many bike paths where we enjoyed taking beautiful hikes around .

Everything was absolutely perfect from start to finish! The accommodation is incredibly well located, easy to access, with a splendid ocean view from the sofa! It is also very well equipped and functional, perfect for a short or long stay in Biarritz. Communication with the host and the clarity of the information shared were excellent.
