The completely renovated Degenfabrik offers you an ambience that makes time run a little slower. Parking is available, 10 to 15 minutes to the city, various restaurants and shops, regional train connection. The sports facility is behind the house. In the same building we run an art gallery that can be visited.

Bright apartment with view of the countryside

The rooms (38 m²) are located on the 2nd floor of the house. The apartment is not self-contained. It consists of a large living/sleeping room, kitchen, storage room and bathroom. Everything is available for self-catering. Washer and dryer can be shared for a small fee. For personal reasons, I only rent the apartment to female guests and couples. In exceptional cases, more than 2 people are possible for an extra charge. Bookings can only be made with a verified ID.

We live in the rural village of Boisheim with 2000 inhabitants, about 10 minutes by car from Venlo and about half an hour from Düsseldorf or Cologne. We are quiet and relaxed. You can feel comfortable and breathe deeply, relax or work with concentration - just as you like - and enjoy a special ambience with a 50 sqm terrace.

The holiday apartment Tapas Restaurante 2 is located in the center of Viersen and is the ideal accommodation for a relaxing getaway. The 70 m² property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a TV, a fan, a washing machine as well as a dryer. A baby cot and a high chair are also available.

Beautiful tiny house with garden and terrace

Beautiful newly renovated 22 sqm cottage with private garden and terrace. Through the hallway in the main house you come into the garden, here is the entrance to our small but fine rear house. The floor consists of light exposed concrete with underfloor heating. The old ceiling beams were exposed and oiled. The bathroom floor has the original old Art Nouveau tiles. The small kitchenette was built by us from an old workbench.

Charming 2-room-flat btw. Cologne & Düsseldorf

Wonderful, recently built 2-room granny annexe, app. 42 qm, fully furnished, tasteful decoration, with own terrace and garden and with private entrance door. Ideal place to stay for students, fitters, business or holiday guests. Quiet and rural surrounding, located in Grevenbroich-Neukirchen. Bedroom is basically equipped with a single-bed, an additional double bed (sofa) is located at the living room .

Ap. in DG (not whole house) with private shower and kitchen

Our place is close to Mönchengladbach in the city of Erkelenz. Düsseldorf, Aachen, Cologne and Roermond(NL) are also very easy to reach, and the motorway connections are very good. Erkelenz Central Station is easily accessible.  We can offer free picking up and picking up at Erkelenz station. Bringing and picking up from Düsseldorf airport or other designated place is possible for an additional fee.

An old cowshed, the love of something special and feeling warmly welcome! The apartment is embedded in an old square courtyard with a view of the inner courtyard. It's quiet and relaxed with us.
