Upstairs in the Netherlands, near the Wadden Coast, you will find this sustainable and energy-neutral tiny house. The cottage is furnished with love and down to the last detail. Everything you need is available. It is made entirely of wood and has an area of 30m². The tiny house is located at the back of our property and is surrounded by a natural garden. This gives it a wide view with plenty of privacy. The tranquillity and space in this lovely cottage feels like a real experience, a place to daydream for a while!

Our comfortable guesthouse for 2 to 4 people is located in a beautiful building dating from 1864, overlooking the picturesque village church, in the heart of Grijpskerk. With its own entrance, a spacious bedroom, a cosy living/sleeping area and a modern bathroom, you can enjoy peace and privacy. The train station is within walking distance; you can get to Groningen in 14 minutes and to Leeuwarden in 30 minutes. An ideal base for exploring the city, nature, Lauwersmeer and Schiermonnikoog. The Wandelschuur

The Wandelschuur is on the edge of the forest, within walking distance to the Waddenzee and Lauwersmeer. Decorated with taste and color, moreover, there are no houses and buildings to see when you look out through the high glass facade with French doors. The Wandelschuur is a wooden cottage on a residential yard. You will sleep in the romantic loft in a spacious double bed. A nice base for mudflat walking, a day in Schiermonnikoog, hiking, cycling around Lauwersmeer, eating fish, etc. :)
