The beautiful and tastefully furnished apartment is set in a with the architecture prize >the best house 2009< awarded house in the 6th district. It is located in a quiet backyard, nestled in a green area and easily accessible in the heart of Vienna. A small terrace invites you to linger. Due to the very central location of the apartment it is very easy to get around and all the places of interest are very close. Public transport is just a stone's throw away and takes you everywhere you want to go. City Centre is in reach within a 10-15 min walk and with public transport you get there even quicker. The longest shopping street, Mariahilfer Strasse, is right up the road and the famous Vienna State Opera just a 10 min drive with the subway away. To get a little bit away from the city life and into the green, the famous Schloss Schoenbrunn and Prater are easy to reach with the Public Transport close to the apartment. The absolute top location offers holidaymakers and business travelers the best transport connections to all sights and cultural institutions of the city as well as to the most important business centers, the Vienna Fair and the Prater. We are renting out a full apartment including a kitchen and a private bathroom. For people who like to sit outside, a little outside area is connected to the apartment as well. We are living right next door so if there are any questions coming up during your stay, you are always welcome to ring the bell and ask us. We will welcome you into our lovely apartment and can give you accurate guidance for your Vienna experience. As we are very passionated tourist guides, we are very well informed about the City, it's history and it's culture. We are happy to help you plan your Wientage. As a tour guide, we are very familiar with the history of the city. We know exactly what is going on in Vienna and know the museums, concert halls, opera and theatres. We are happy to help you with the tickets. The heart of the 6th district is the lively pedestrian zone Mariahilfer Straße with many shops. Classic Viennese coffee houses, theatres, opera and concert halls and museums for culture lovers are within easy reach. The Viennese Naschmarkt with open-air food stalls provides culinary enjoyment. The Westbahnhof as well as the underground stations U3-Westbahnhof, U4-Margaretengürtel, U6-Gumpendorferstraße and the bus line 57A are in the immediate vicinity. Airport connection by bus or S-Bahn, the main station is well connected by tram line 18. The apartment is close to central public transport which includes the U6, U3, 57A. The train station "Westbahnhof" is only a 10 min walk away.
