Our charming house, Villa Morsa, completely renovated in 2023, pleasant, quiet, in a neat decor, is ideally placed for sea and countryside holidays, sailing, and fishing. From January to March, the mildness of the Gulf Stream makes the mimosas bloom. In the spring, be surprised by more exotic blooms. Summer is a 6-minute walk from the sea, by a path that ends on the beach. You will enjoy going down to the bay in towels and swimsuits.

The Pré de la Mer "Suite & SPA" is a place where relaxation is the key word. It is located at the entrance to Urville Nacqueville.
