The small house is located 5/10 minutes from Plage des Aresquiers, 5 minutes from the woods, and 20 minutes from Montpellier by car. This small house, located within a secure residential complex, features a private garden with a plancha, a shared swimming pool (from May), a playground, a petanque court, a tennis court, and a ping-pong table. It offers a peaceful setting for a wonderful vacation as a couple, with family, or with friends. Regarding the interior, a small bedroom on the ground floor, a mezzanine bedroom offering hanging racks.
