Nice quiet house.

cottage located in a private residence, secured at the exit of Vic la Gardiole, medieval village on the banks of the ponds, 700 m from the center with shops (10 min walk) and market, on the road to Aresquiers 3 km from the beaches (accessible by bike path at the exit of the residence). Guests can take advantage of the common swimming pool from June to September (except restriction) as well as tennis and basketball courts, ping-pong tables, and bowling alley all year round.

Our family lives on the property (Our house is at the north end of the building) the tenants live at the south end of the building. As a result, parties and (loud) music are forbidden.
