Holiday rentals with a home theatre in Vézère

We absolutely loved this place! We stayed for a month and found so much to do locally. It’s super walkable with lots of restaurants and a biweekly market just steps out the door. You can very easily reach the river for amazing views of the isle river and the striking cathedral. There is also a wonderful path along the river if you want to get some exercise. We also found this to be a good jumping off place to visit a lot of the attractions of the Dordognne region. The beds are comfortable as are the living and dining spaces. As a note, if you are driving, you’ll need to park near the river and walk up the hill. Views from the apartment are very charming and you’ll never want to leave!

I recommend 100%, one of the best airbnb value for money I've had. It's a shame you only had one night in this place.

This is an amazing apartment! It is very small, so just be prepared. I was by myself; a couple might find it too small. Appreciated the washer & dryer. Location is amazing!!!! Five minute walk to local buses; 25 minute flat walk to the train station.

Have a great stay in Brive! I would recommend this Airbnb, very good location and value for money

The property is located in the middle of nature, but just a 3-minute drive from Sarlat. Hélène is a friendly host, willing to help in everything you need but who respects the privacy and independence of the stay. We were very comfortable in the place, which is super cozy. On clear days the view of the stars is spectacular. Definitely advisable. When we go back to Sarlat, our first option will be Hélène's accommodation.

We stayed at Pierre-Manuel’s beautiful house for a month. It was a great base to explore the Dordogne and the Lot regions, where there is a lot to see and do. The house is AMAZING! Very comfortable, warm, and beautifully decorated. Vincent’s boulangerie is right round the corner and the air smells of croissants and bread baking. I really love staying here and will return again soon. Pierre-Manuel gave a great tour of the house upon checkin, showed me some must see places to visit, and provided maps, books and detailed information of the area. A most gracious host! I highly recommend! 10 stars!!!

We had the most wonderful stay! The place is incredible and couldn’t believe the amount of space and room for the money. The pictures and description don’t do the place enough credit. There is space for all the family and the central courtyard area is a beautiful setting for being together and eating Al fresco. The set up of the house made it perfect for the children with their own ‘wing’ with pool table and cinema room! My 81 year Dad was able to access everything with a downstairs room. The kitchen area is amazing with everything you could need. Every detail has been thought through. James is a brilliant and responsive host who was quick to answer any queries. A huge thank you and shout out to Louise and Richard who were so friendly, warm and welcoming and couldn’t do enough to make our stay as perfect as it was. The outside area is stunning and the pool area is perfect! A charming French retreat is the perfect description for this fabulous place.

The stay at Brigitte's was great: welcoming hosts with hand delivery of keys while being flexible, a presentation of the premises, simplicity of departure and always generosity! The figs from the garden are excellent and the premises are charming. I would recommend it in a second.

We had a very nice week with family in Caroline's cozy home. It feels good there, both indoors and on the terrace and in the garden. The house is in a very good location: the Dordogne is very close, and the Voie Verte Vélo passes 300 m from the house. It only takes 15 minutes to access many sites and the most beautiful villages in France. We were also hosted very well by Pelote, the house cat, who was unanimously loved for his kindness and relaxation. Thanks Caroline for entrusting us with your home, we will be back.

We had a lovely stay at Marie and Thomas's. The accommodation is very well equipped, perfect for children to have fun. The presence of the vegetable garden, chickens, all the outdoor amenities make the stay very pleasant for young and old alike. The natural pool is a great discovery. Marie and Thomas are very responsive hosts, which is nice. We thank them for our stay.

We had a timeless weekend with friends. The place is idyllic and in a very peaceful environment. Everything is done to feel good there and especially to be able to disconnect from the everyday. The decor is superb and has been thought out in every detail, the bedding very comfortable etc. We did not lack anything! The hot tub and the movie theater are a real plus to this place. Celine was very kind and accommodating. A place to recommend for sure!

House full of charm, very clean and very pleasant located in a quiet environment. We had a great time with friends. Rosette and Jemmifer are responsive and have done everything to make our stay as pleasant as possible. I highly recommend it.
