Holiday rentals with a home theatre in Vézère

Florent's apartment is superb, typical for Canicular summers it will be perfect. The location is ideal in the heart of Périgueux between 2 places with restaurants and bars, shops and the Montaigne car park which is easy to book via the Indigo app, it is a plus for the accommodation and serenity. Florent was able to guide him for the video projector and an apartment like this without visible TV but with this hi-tech system, I love it. I would definitely recommend this apartment. Thank you for this stay and the sun that went with it.

We absolutely loved this place! We stayed for a month and found so much to do locally. It’s super walkable with lots of restaurants and a biweekly market just steps out the door. You can very easily reach the river for amazing views of the isle river and the striking cathedral. There is also a wonderful path along the river if you want to get some exercise. We also found this to be a good jumping off place to visit a lot of the attractions of the Dordognne region. The beds are comfortable as are the living and dining spaces. As a note, if you are driving, you’ll need to park near the river and walk up the hill. Views from the apartment are very charming and you’ll never want to leave!

The apartment is well located, clean and well maintained accommodation. The only negative point is the soundproofing, we can hear the neighbours upstairs walking

Spacious, bright, very clean accommodation with a small sunny balcony and view of the cathedral. Free parking at the foot of the building. 10 min walk from the city centre along the river. We had a great weekend. Air conditioning is a plus in the hot weather. We recommend it.

This is an amazing apartment! It is very small, so just be prepared. I was by myself; a couple might find it too small. Appreciated the washer & dryer. Location is amazing!!!! Five minute walk to local buses; 25 minute flat walk to the train station.

A perfect family stay! The cottage is very nice, clean and well equipped, located in the middle of a beautiful peaceful environment. Floriane was very considerate and responsive. The welcome booklet is very complete.

This was a very charming, quiet and very well located place to stay! With plenty of room for everyone and separate areas to relax in, even with 15 people. Annaick was super friendly, accommodating and easy to communicate with. Would definitely recommend if you're two or three families hoping to rent something together in the Dordogne.

We had the most wonderful stay! The place is incredible and couldn’t believe the amount of space and room for the money. The pictures and description don’t do the place enough credit. There is space for all the family and the central courtyard area is a beautiful setting for being together and eating Al fresco. The set up of the house made it perfect for the children with their own ‘wing’ with pool table and cinema room! My 81 year Dad was able to access everything with a downstairs room. The kitchen area is amazing with everything you could need. Every detail has been thought through. James is a brilliant and responsive host who was quick to answer any queries. A huge thank you and shout out to Louise and Richard who were so friendly, warm and welcoming and couldn’t do enough to make our stay as perfect as it was. The outside area is stunning and the pool area is perfect! A charming French retreat is the perfect description for this fabulous place.

Very nice house, well equipped, clean and has a very nice games room ( not heated) . As mentioned by other guests be careful the steps to get upstairs are difficult to climb or down for young children or the elderly because they are very high. Which for us was not a problem but better to know. Mickael was a very welcoming and friendly host The environment is exceptional: the house is located on the edge of wood. it is extremely quiet and relaxing. we were able to see deer in the morning or in the evening. The beautiful starry sky without light pollution ( certainly more pleasant in summer, we will probably come back to enjoy the pool too)

excellent stay, a great house beyond my expectations. Very comfortable bedding. Great pool for adults and children. Possibility of eating outside under shelter facing the pool. Large living room and very well-equipped kitchen. All rooms are equipped with real beds in very good condition; we slept very well. The place is quiet. 2 very large bathrooms. Really nothing to complain about, I recommend Nicolas' house. Visits nearby as well as all shops a few km away

We loved both the house and the cities visited. The pool is a real plus Grisou is a pleasant companion and often wants to be outside, at night he chose to sleep in bed with us. Gontrand is very responsive and patient.

Excellent stay at Rosette's. House welcoming and very functional. Peaceful and quiet setting. We recharged as a family. Kids spent their time outdoors or in the pool. The welcome went very well. We are delighted.
