The Bumbles Cabin on the Lake

Our beautiful cosy cabin has been designed to enable our guests to enjoy our stunning lake and relaxing surroundings alongside our bistro restaurant next door. The cabin is the perfect fishing and relaxing location and we have a healthy stock of large catfish (silure) and carp for your enjoyment. The cabin is suited to fishermen and couples (supplement cost to fish - ask for details) A BBQ, firepit, and a pool (June-September) ensure that your stay will be idyllic in this picturesque setting.

Lakeside cabin with space for 1-4 people. This lovingly restored boathouse will allow you to switch off from the modern world, no tv or wifi to complicate things, just birdsong and views across the lake. Sleep up in the bedroom or on the extremely comfortable sofabed if climbing the stairs is not for you. Relax on the terrace, take a siesta in the hammock. Within 1hr of the Dordogne, numerous chateaux at 20 mins as well as some lovely local villages. Come and unwind.

La Tuilerie Grange at 'La Tuilerie de la Roussie' is a characterful cottage with two en-suite bedrooms. Situated on the banks of the River Vézere in the pre-historic area of 'Vallée de L'Homme' between the fascinating town of Les Eyzies and market town of Le Bugue. To explore the area you have FREE use of bikes and a kayak; there is direct access to the river and a 12km cycle path. Or you can simply relax around the heated swimming pool on luxury sun loungers

Marc's House in Maine: country chic

Ideally located in the center of Périgord and all the sites that make it rich, our house, La Maison de Marc, is an outbuilding of one of the most beautiful estates in Périgord, La Chartreuse du Maine. As in the 18th century, everything here exudes peace, harmony and beauty. Located in the middle of nature, it is the perfect place to recharge and explore the beautiful Dordogne-Périgord region. We converted this former farmhouse into a luxury home.

The cottage is located on a plot of land comprising two houses (one of which I occupy) as shown in the last photo.
