Lovely cosy cottage for one or two set on our little French farm in the beautiful and peaceful North Dordogne countryside. The cottage is nestled in 30 acres of fields and woodland where you can watch our many animals pottering around enjoying their sunny French retirement! We are halfway between the pretty villages of Mialet and Saint-Jory-de-Chalais which are well serviced with shops, bars, restaurants and boulangeries. Both villages are less than 5 minutes by car or 30 minutes on foot.

Recently renovated, our quiet independent cottage in a private property with shared pool (unheated, accessible early May depending on the weather), 5 minutes' drive from all amenities, will welcome you with pleasure. Located in the heart of the "BLACK PÉRIGORD" between Rocamadour, Périgueux, Brive-la-Gaillarde, 20 minutes from Sarlat, 5 minutes from the Lascaux caves and many other sites. On site, there are many marked pedestrian and bike trails.

Small balcony overlooking Martel. The garden is fenced and you can have lunch there using the barbecue or plancha.

The studio has a fully equipped kitchen area, dining and living area, and a nice sleeping area with a 160 cm bed. The bathroom is equipped with a toilet, sink and walk-in shower. Dining room, living room with TV fireplace and sofa bed sleeping 1 or 2 additional people, an equipped kitchen and a bathroom with bathtub . outside, table, BBQ, swing,. In the property you will find montons and donkeys. so dogs are not allowed.
